Couldn’t believe no one on the staff had any clue about the urgent need for mosquito repellent, given the current international health crisis. «That’s a seasonal item.» Really? Apparently they need to reserve shelf space for other items(snacks, junk food). Manager directed me to miniature travel samples including shaving cream but no insect repellent. He had no idea how to direct me to any other provider and refused to make a special order on my behalf. The pharmacist was equally unresponsive. How can CVS be so terribly oblivious about an urgent international health crisis? I am outraged. CVS needs to educate its managers and staff about global health issues and provide clients immediately with needed resources. My last visit to any CVS«pharmacy.»

Seriously disappointed in my experience with this pharmacy today. I live within walking distance so I have been using this location since it opened because it’s convenient. I called in a time-sensitive prescription for refill yesterday morning that I needed to take this evening and called this afternoon only to find out it’s still not ready. I pressed the button to speak to a pharmacy representative. I was told that my rx wasnt ready because the last time I had it refilled I had it done at the Riva Road location and it was on file there. Sooo, in other words, their systems don’t share information. How convenient. So they couldnt call and let me know that they would need to get it from my doctor instead of being able to use the one on file at Riva? I HAVE the prescription! If I had known all of that was necessary I would have just faxed it or brought a copy myself. That issue however was not what prompted this review. The woman i spoke to on the phone(I wont say her name) was SOOO rude! She kept cutting me off and talking over me when I was trying to ask questions. I get that maybe they were busy, or understaffed or whatever. However there is no excuse for being that rude to someone just inquiring what the status of their prescription was. I have worked in customer service and human resources for almost 20 years. Absolutely unacceptable. No excuse. CVS please train your staff or management or whoever you need to train and do better for your paying customers. Update to the above: So 15 minutes after I hang up I get the automated call telling me my rx is now ready for pick up. So for 30 seconds of effort, they managed to get my rx filled. Imagine that. I will be looking for the manager when I go in for pick up.

I have used this pharmacy several times in the last couple of weeks and they have been extremely busy, but the line kept moving and the staff were very nice. I knew they were getting swamped with new scripts and they still did a great job.

I love coming to this CVS! Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I live closer to the one further down the street from this location, but choose to come here because it is more open and I like the layout of the store much better. Doesn’t feel as closed in.

This is a nice CVS. It’s brand new but it faces away from the street so it looks a bit odd from the street. They have a drive thru pharmacy. They have a good selection of candy, cosmetics, junk, cards, medicines etc. The parking lot is never too full. It’s nice.
