Dunkin’ Donuts

Located on busy West street this DD is always crowed. I used the drive thru most of the time. You will not get a greeting but the line goes quickly. My food and coffee is always good

How do I delete my star? I give none!
My dad had surgery two days before Christmas, I normally frequent the Edgewater DD but wanted to get a special treat to take on my hospital visit.
I ordered his usual «triple shot of espresso» and the Oreo ice cream sundae (?), when I pulled up the gentleman asked me if I had ordered the same thing the day before… I assumed my sister may have done the same on her visit to my dad and possibly surprised him with the usual «triple shot of espresso». But when I explained it must have seen my sister… he accused me of ordering the and not paying!!! (I read the whole situation wrong– thought he was being friendly and had us mixed up as we look alike.). Sheesh I was totally wrong & shocked!!! I told him she would never do that… he really didn’t believe me and wasn’t going to serve me!!! *rolls eyes*
Come to find out it was not even the espresso he was referring to but it was the Oreo ice cream sundae! I was slightly embarrassed so I felt the need to call my sister and verify (already knew she would never do that) needless to say… that’s the last time they will get my business.

Hands down, this is the worst dunkin donuts I’ve been to! There is a about a ⁴⁰⁄₆₀ chance that they will mess up your order. Going through the drive-​thru, there was one particular employee who was rude & kept asking me inappropriate questions while I was waiting for my coffee. Can’t say I’ll be returning.

This has to be the absolute worst DD I have frequented. The drive thru attendant has zero customer service skills and is extremely rude. Definitely avoid this place.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews and to be honest my overall experiences aren’t in the ball park of 1 star, more like 2. I rated it 2 stars because this particular DD’s has had some customer service issues for a while now. It’s hot and cold with the friendliness of the staff. The other day I went in and got some coffee and the young kid behind the counter seemed almost annoyed that I came in. Like I was bothering him. I got no smile, no have a nice day or anything like that. Instead I got just a cold stare and «here’s your coffee, now leave». Just to be clear, I’m not one of those overly sensitive types that gets his feelings hurt easy… but come on DD’s, you can do better then this. I love DD’s so please understand my feedback is only to help the owner and this business.

Disappointed. Iced tea tastes like coffee. How hard is it to clean a container before brewing the tea?

I’ve been here a few times, usually through drive through and the employees are always rude, the first few times they didn’t make my drink right and acted as I was the one who said it wrong. Today they didn’t even speak to me at the window when I pulled up the took the money out of my hand gave me my coffee, then my change, and shut the window. If there was another drive through location I would never return to this store, so I will only go when there is no other choice. I you like attitude with your morning coffee by all means go, but you’ve been warned.

Employees are very courteous and the coffee is great. It has ample seating and they have special doors which give an open feeling.
Food is just OK. The location would be more competitive if it had a Baskin-​Robbins but it lacks the space.

By far the worst service of any place I have ever been to. I have continued to give it another chance multiple times and they still disappoint. The parent company needs to take the franchise from the current owners and give it to someone who knows how to run a business — f’n terrible.

I have gone through the drive thru at this location twice in the past 6 months. Both times the employees have said rude and downright bizarre things to me. No idea why. They need to hire better staff. I won’t be returning.

Everything is always great at this location. The employees are always on point. Every time I get my ice tea ck always makes it perfect

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts… I have been there five times at different hours and their donuts are hard and never fresh. I give up, I will never patronize this location, again. They should not be allowed to carry the franchise name.

This fckn location sucks. It’s in a great place, but the staff in there always rude, surly and have a bad attitude. Not to mention they impatient as shit. In my experience my iced coffee is good, but when I order hot coffee it often is bitter, watery or just nasty. The locality at the end of chinquapin is awesome but there ain’t no drive-​thru. Staff in there very friendly.

I would give them zero stars. Just had the most bizarre experience when my cards fell out of my wallet in the drive thru. There was no one behind me so I started putting them back in my wallet when the man started screaming and banging on the drive thru windowsill. I asked him what was wrong and he yells «MY SPEED!» pointing to a monitor. Completely ridiculous and useless reason to rush someone. When I didn’t move he got another employee to come out and yell at me… Needless to say I am never returning.

They should delete donuts from their name, because they seem to always be out of donuts, or have just a few of the unpopular flavors. And the coffee is weak and they don’t make fresh pots after it’s been sitting. The Dunkin on Fairfax Rd used to be better but not anymore. (same owners?) Drive to Edgewater or the one on West St. (across from Ram’s Head).

Worst DD ever!!! The staff is so rude, I can even explain how I feel about this place, is a shame because is on my way to work and has a drive trough, but the service is awful and seems like there is not management, plus you get your order wrongs 90% of the time! Once I got yelled and charged for something that I didn’t even order!

This is the worst DD. The rudeness and impatience of the staff is unlike any other place ive been to. The prices always seem to change as well, notice how much you coffee costs one time vs another… shady? = yes. After pulling through the drive thru, i was asked «can I help you» 5 times after i told them i needed a minute to look at the menu. when asked the sixth time consecutively I told him i needed a minute then he said «its easier if you dont talk over me», what is that supposed to mean asshole?
Then someone else got on and started saying the same thing, «can I help you, can I help you, can I help you, can I help you, hello, hello.» all while I was trying to place my order.
The food sucks, coffee is watery, staff is rude, impatient and can take direction no better than my 3 year old.
The location of this place deserves way better management. I wont be returning. the one on riva road is way better.

I love Dunkin Donuts. More than Starbucks. But THIS location sucks. The staff is always horribly rude. (Well except once when I was heading to work at 5am and the guy in the drive thru was leering and flirting with me…) The coffee tastes like shit. I asked for an iced coffee BLACK on more than one occasion and the coffee came out so loaded with cream that it’s nearly white. It tastes like you’re drinking a glass of watery milk, not coffee. If you’re lucky enough to get your coffee made right, the coffee is horribly bitter. Their donuts are no better. I’ve frequently received the wrong order in the drive thru. The donuts are usually puny and taste like yesterday’s leftovers. The last time I was inside, there were flies buzzing all over the donuts. No thanks.
I don’t know why I expect it to get better if I keep going back, its clearly not. If you want a good coffee experience, hit the DD on Kent Island. Now that’s a great place.
