I really like these guys a lot. They were friendly, trustworthy, and flexible. They worked around my work schedule to make sure that the job got done without me needing to get a rental car. Very friendly and easy to schedule with. Can’t say enough good things about Encore. I brought my car in, they assessed what needed to get done, ordered and painted the parts without me having to leave the car until installation was ready. Took two hours to install a new bumper and offered a ride home. I declined the offer and just waited at a restaurant nearby.
I’ll use them again in a heartbeat.
