My experience with this company was like service you dream of, but don’t usually ever get. I called because a food gift basket I had ordered to be delivered to my uncle in the hospital had been delivered there just a half hour after he was unexpectedly discharged. He couldn’t go back for it as he was still recovering, and he had no one to pick it up at the hospital and bring it to him at home. I live far away in another state, so I couldn’t do anything myself. The gift basket company couldn’t do anything to help – they had delivered the item as expected. And the hospital had no resources for re-​shipping the gift.
I called Flash Delivery Service after googling for courier services in Annapolis, and clicking on the Unilocal!entry. Flash Delivery had all stand-​out reviews, so I called. For this small, unusual job, the price was more than reasonable, the service was flexible, attentive, completely reassuring, and above excellent. Besides being satisfied by having my need met perfectly for a good price, I am just happy to know such an excellent service provider exists in our world. Top notch.
