Used to come in for pedicures pretty frequently, and they were okay, nothing spectacular. Then I decided to get a manicure here since my gel was starting to come up at the edges and I hadn’t been able to see my regular girl that week. First he cut my nails down to the length I wanted before he filed them, but then he filed so hard he actually had to patch my nail up with acrylic, like my actual real nail. I was pretty pissed and told him to stop, but at that point the damage was already done, I had to switch from a french to solid color because they were so short. I explained this to the lady when I went to pay, and she asked me why I hadn’t told him. When was I supposed to tell him? After he had cut the first one too short so that my nails were different lengths? They didn’t charge me for the manicure, but I will never be going back again.

Very dissatisfied. My daughter & I chose the 30 minute classic spa pedicure. They were done in 10 minutes. very rushed. I couldn’t believe it. Also not sure of the cleanliness there my feet have skin peeling of now which they did not before.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. First of all, it was not just me. My sister, my mother and I all decided to check out this place because of the good reviews on Unilocal. We all got pedicures which look absolutely terrible and none of the people that worked there pushed our cuticles back at all. My sister got simple stripes on four toes and was charged $ 41 on top of the $ 40 pedicure!!! My mother had a huge air bubble on her big toe. I got a fill in and got conned into putting gel/shellac on the acrylic. I just got them done yesterday and two of my nails already chipped and I haven’t done anything but sit at home and watch tv! I got all white nails and stuff keeps sticking into the shellac. It is almost like they STILL aren’t dry a day later! Got charged $ 8 extra for simple rhinestones that I could’ve done myself. All of my nails aren’t the same length and they are crooked. My cuticles look horrendous thanks to the drill they used. This place is pathetic and I don’t understand why it has great reviews. Never coming back here again.

Anytime I happen to be at the Annapolis mall, I have to stop in for a mani or pedi here. I’ve never had a bad experience at Glamour Nails. The salon is super clean, quiet, and affordable. The techs are easy to communicate with, friendly, and disinfect everything. They also don’t try to offer upgrades or guilt you into treatments you don’t want, which I love. I know I can come in to get a relaxing service and get exactly what I want. The pedicure room is great– unlike many salons in the area where the chairs are out in the open, you are secluded from the mall to watch a movie.

One star since you HAVE to. Walked in for a back fill cause I didn’t hVe time to go to my regular place. They didn’t have the same glittery white, so I told her I just wanted a fill. She drilled them so much, she has to put more white on. They’re lumpy, super thick, and round when I specifically said squares. When she asked me if they were square enough, she had already filed too much so any more square and I woulda had no nail at all. I was not going to pY, but my husband got involved and Jennie said I could come back and she’s tasks these off and do a whole new set. If this is their quality of work, why would I want to go back there.

I absolutely love coming here. I usually just walk in for an acrylic fill and they’re always great about it. It’s clean, comfy, and so relaxing. They usually have movies playing so you can watch whole you’re being worked on. The staff is super friendly and they’re great at what they do. They also have great prices. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I really wanted to like this place. The salon was nice, tons of TVs which is nice. Staff spoke English which is a plus. So anyways, I came here on a whim after a happy hour date, around 630. I didn’t have to wait which was nice. They did have a large selection of opi and Essie nail polishes. The pedicure I got was nice, classic spa pedi for $ 25 with Thi. She did a good job. A little stingy with the massage but still decent. Then I got a full set mani with another lady who I didn’t like. She didn’t listen when I told her to cut my nails shorter or when I told her she didn’t fill my nails correctly on the sides. She kept telling me it was fine. It wasn’t and she refused to fix it. In summary, PROBABLY(if I’m desperate) come back for a regular mani pedi but not acrylic. And thats a big MAYBE

Always receive great service here. Great selection of polishes, clean tools and good movies makes for a Happy Jasmin. They accept walk ins and appointments. Also 15% mall employee discount! I live about 20 miles away and it’s def worth the drive. Another plus is that while they offer upgrades they are not pushy to the point where you get annoyed or turned away. They will also talk to you or let you relax in silence. In addition, they don’t talk super loud to each other where you feel left out. Once you enter you don’t even remember that you are in a nosy/busy mall, that’s what I call an all around win!

Best nail salon I’ve ever experienced! Unlike other nail salons, the staff actually cares and your not just another set of dollars walking in to be quickly exited out for more funds. This place is attentive in meeting your needs. The movie collection is huge, the massage chairs are amazing, they do everything for a fair price and with quality and care, they offer you water as you relax, dim the lights and work magic while you enjoy a movie in surround sound. They also use fresh tools every time. Cant get any better.

Do NOT go here. I went to this nail salon for the first time this morning for a mani/pedi. While my feet were soaking I spotted a roach across from me on the wall. I chose to ignore, I mean; it was only one and I had already started my service. If I had it to do all over again I would’ve put my shoes on and run out of there. The next thing I knew there were SEVERAL roaches on the floor nearby. I had to knock one off of my chair. Then another crawled onto the basin next to my foot. I just prayed for her to finish so I could get up. A male employee kept walking around stepping on them. Then he got a broom and tried to sweep them up but it didn’t help. They were everywhere. Even crawling on the baskets were they keep their tools. This was the absolute worse experience I’ve had in a nail salon. Not only was it gross it was unsanitary. Needless to say I left WITHOUT getting a manicure. I’m not exaggerating in the slightest. They have an infestation of roaches at this salon. I’ll NEVER return. I’m only giving this one star because I have to.

Great massage chairs, attentive staff, variety in nail polish colors and pleasant atmosphere make this place a must to bookmark. FYI: If you are budget conscious, beware of up charges for pedis /manis services as well as gel nails.

I haven’t been to any of the other nail salons in the Annapolis Mall, but I would definitely recommend Glamour Nails to anyone looking for a quality manicure/pedicure at a reasonable price. We stopped in during a recent shopping trip and chose Glamour simply because it was the closest salon to Nordstrom. Luckily, it turned out to be a great decision! Glamour has a wide selection of polishes — OPI, Essie and two other brands. The basic pedicure was $ 25, which is at least $ 10 – 15 less than I’m used to paying in DC/NoVa. They did charge an extra $ 5 for callus removal(my manicurist used the grater tool, which is a bit intimidating but at least it tickles less than a pumice stone!), but I had no problem paying $ 30 for a quality pedicure. My toes still look great one week later. Oh — the massage chairs were awesome! They had like ten different massage settings to choose from. They also get bonus points for showing The Devil Wears Prada on three different flat screen TVs throughout the salon. That definitely kept me entertained throughout the process. I was also pleased with my manicure, especially considering it was only $ 10. It lasted about four or five days before it started to chip at the ends of my nails, which is actually pretty great for me. My friend is still raving about the durability of her manicure a week later. They charged another $ 10 to remove the Shellac polish that I had on my nails, which I thought was a bit steep, but I think this is becoming standard practice at many salons. I rarely find myself at the Annapolis Mall, but the next time I do, I definitely will pay another visit to Glamour Nails. Thanks for a great mani/pedi!
