Good little place to grab a quick bottle of red wine or a different nice adult beverage. For me the location and Friendly staff are an easy sell. It doesn’t hurt to have a laundry mat and 711 right next store. Definitely worth checking out.

Had to do a quick run and since this place was on the way I decided to stop here. Big mistake. The bottles of wine are covered in dust and one rack had two broken bottles just laying there. They were empty with sharp edges clearly exposed and also covered in dust so they must have been there for awhile. Customer service was also subpar. Might be ok for a beer run. But I’d rather drive a little farther.

Definitely your standard liquor/beer/wine store. Nothing fancy about it and it would be a good spot for a typical party. I had a very awkward customer service experience with the cashier. He didn’t say a word to me the whole time and just sat there watching TV as I was waiting to check out. I’m going to drive the extra few miles out of the way to go to a better store.

This is the beer store closest to my parents’ house so I go there ever now and then. Their prices are decent and the selection(of beer, which is all I ever end up getting) is what you would expect from a small store. That being said, keep this in mind if you shop there. Every time I have shopped at H&B Fuller(save maybe one or two times), the following has happened. I will bring my selection to the counter and the clerk(one of two people, an older lady or an older gentleman) rings it up on the register. Without fail, the price on the register will be $ 0.50 more than the price shown on the shelf. Every time I will tell them politely the correct price and they will change it without protest. I have spoken to two other people who shop at the store and have experienced the same thing. I’m not alleging any wrongdoing, simply describing what happens.

Horrible!!! Bought a bottle of swill one evening that was labeled as wine(tasted like salty brine, for gosh sake). I have never returned a wine before, but this wine was so bad, I HAD too, especially in the hopes that they would pull the other bottles from the shelves as the wine had obviously spoiled. When I tried to return the wine and get my money back the next day, the cashier(who I think was Mr. Fuller, but he refused to give me his name) got nasty and rude, saying I had drunk too much of the wine and should have returned it the same night I bought it. I told him how I had dumped the two glasses I poured down the sink because it tasted like brine, asked him to please smell it so he could smell the rancidness, and explained that I had bought the wine in the evening for a late dinner so didn’t even taste it until it was too late to drive back to his liquor store. He refused to smell it, told me I should have funneled the leftover wine back into the bottle(seriously!), kept shoving the bottle back into my hands when I put it on the counter, and then got aggressive and extremely rude. I was totally taken aback because it was a $ 15 wine, not something like a $ 50 or more. But Mr. Fuller is definitely not interested in customer service or anything like that. Pay your money and get out. Case in point, I asked a friend to go into the store and look for the wine several days later. She found the rack, but all of the offending wine was gone besides the sample bottle! So I guess Mr. Fuller checked the wine after all and found it lacking. Too bad he couldn’t do that for a paying customer. Bottom line, don’t purchase wine here and be careful about anything else you buy. For Mr. Fuller, the customer is most definitely NOT right.
