This location is quite bad, the lines are very long. Everything is everywhere, you will see signs that the clothes will cost 10 or 20 dlls and when you decide to make a line and pay they tell you ohhh this are not 10 or 20 this are 15 and 25. You will think that it was a mistake that just a pair of clothes are out of their place but come on I made a line to pay at least 10 pieces of clothes and OMG none of theme were the price the sign said I left everything.
If you can avoid this place AVOID IT it’s not worth the bad service.

I loooove h&m but this location is known for being uncomfortably hot. I have seen people walk in and walk out in herds on a number of occasions. I don’t know why it’s 82 out and there is not even a hint of air in this store. I asked a clearly sweating employee about it, she said she didn’t know why but customers complain all the time. Shouldn’t that tell you something! I go in for accessories and leave! I can’t try on clothes in there.

Came here on a weekday and was greeted automatically! Normally when I walk into other H&M stores I don’t see a worker until more than half way into the store. Everyone was so nice and helpful, never experienced this before. While browsing the store, they also noted that their sale items were an additional 50%. Sale on top of a sale? Why not! Spent a good half hour and when checking out the cash register person was awesome! I wished H&M offered surveys for customer experience I would’ve given them straight 10s all the way!
