Johnson FIAT of Annapolis

I’ve driven past this dealership a number of times on my way to work and finally decided to stop in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was no barrage of questions or pressure to buy. The staff is knowledgeable on not only their cars but the competitors cars and were honest in their comparisons. They really care about their customers.
They gave me a very fair deal on my trade and on their car, with no games like the «difference quotient» or whatever that I’ve had other dealers try. No upsell pressure during the finance portion either, just a simple question and they accept your answer. No arguing.
This location is also under the same umbrella as the Porsche dealership located nearby. I’ve always had fantastic service at their shop and so I’ll be bringing my Alfa here for service as well. I highly recommend stopping by here if you’re in the market for a new car.

I am a two-​times Fiat buyer — I love the cars, but was having an issue with my 2014L and Fiat Corporate had agreed to replace it. By the time I found Johnson Fiat I was at my wit’s end… I’m really glad I didn’t give up because they completely turned the experience around.
Everyone I worked with at the dealership was beyond helpful, and all were courteous and treated me like a valued customer. Marie went out of her way to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
While I can’t recommend the other two dealerships I worked with, I wholeheartedly recommend this one. I would say it’s worth driving out of the way for if you’re within a few hours… in fact, the other dealership is much closer to me, but I will make the longer drive down to Annapolis for accessories and service…
