Had a super enjoyable time here having a snack. Service is quick and friendly and the surrounding grounds are super clean and well maintained but the outdoor ashtrays were overflowing with cigar butts. They need to empty those dirty ashtrays more often By The Way.

This is the worst McDonalds around. They are forever getting the orders wrong. They are so worried about their drive thru times people in the lobby wait forever. Little things that don’t seem that hard like«I would like a small coffee with 2 sugars» and I get a small coffee with cream and no sugar. And the person who waited on me was a native english speaker.

I Stopped here on 8⁄17 on my way to the beach. I went to the drive through. The person asked for my order. I said 3 hamburgers, 1 small sprite and a small Fries. Pause. Person said to «hold on». Again… silence. 30 seconds later, person come back and says«What did you want, again?». Again, I said 3 hamburgers, small sprite and small friend. They replied«Oh, it’s breakfast». It’s 11:03 am. So I say«What time is breakfast over». My reply back«I don’t know.».Another co worker had already walked backed and was turning the menu over as I was placing my order. He shook his head. I said to him«Sir, what time is breakfast over?’. Him«11 am». I tell him, well it’s after 11 now. He said«I don’t know. I am turning the signs back». Very rude and unprofessional staff and they need to be trained apparently by the managers there on what time lunch starts. I would think you would know if you worked there? Needless to say, I will never stop here again and went next door to Wendy’s. Plus, after reading others reviews on this place, glad I didn’t eat there. Too many comments on it being dirty inside. It’s McDonald’s after all. Why was I expecting more? Sighs.

The service at this McDonalds is among the worst in the State. I’ve been going here for over 20 years and it has degenerated over time. The interior is relatively new but the staff manages to keep it pretty dirty looking. Tables aren’t cleaned often. Bathrooms are substandard and often filthy. Service time is outrageously inconsistent; you can have a long drive thru line and get surprisingly good service, or walk in with 3 people in front of you and be waiting for 25 minutes. The latter is common and in fact prompted this review. Now to be fair, it really does depend on what service team is there. Here’s a general rule that may sound… discriminating, but I think it’s accurate. The staff members that speak LESS English are generally friendlier, faster, and more efficient. This is who they schedule during seriously busy times, and this place rocks when that is the case. However, when the staff is comprised of all fluent English speakers, they will screw-up orders, roll their eyes at customers, text on their phones, play around with each other while customers wait for service, and otherwise suck at their jobs. Your food will take longer with less people in front of you. Seriously. In short, this McDonalds teaches more about patience than most Buddhist monasteries. Pros: good place to practice breathing exercises and focus on NOT killing people. Also, there is a Wendy’s next door. Cons: Service, fast food.

It’s a McDonald’s! What can I add? Redbox here! Oh, and like any McD’s, bathrooms need some attention!

Bleh. The McCafe coffee drinks are good but over priced. The food goes right through me. I don’t recommend anything but the chicken sandwiches. Not even the fries were any good on this particular day.

Wife wanted a McRib so we stopped by this Mickey Ds before the Bay Bridge on the Annapolis side. Very clean restaurant and friendly customer service. Fast Food at it’s finest ;)
