This is the cutest consignment shop in my shopping experience that I can think of and it tops my list of places to shop in general. I’ve walked by the store on several occasions and made a bee-line to the pub next door. That was a mistake because I missed the white discrete store front even though there’s a pretty pink door set off in a nook. Parking off of Maryland Circle and on Maryland Ave isn’t the greatest but there’s a ton of side streets and a nearby garage. This street has a lot to offer and should not be skipped on your Annapolis outing. They have done a fabulous job creating a boutique atmosphere and the owner is very selective about what she will take and purchase from you. I love it because she will pay you on the spot cash(35%) or give you store credit(50%) of how much she will sell it for in the store. I guess I shouldn’t even call it a consignment shop because you don’t have to wait for the item to sell. I went in thinking I was going to make a few bucks off of clothes I no longer wanted but I ended up spending more because everything in the shop could easily take up residence in my closet. This store has a more vintage Free People/J Crew/Anthropology feel at a fraction of the price and everything is worn in and pre-shrunken and fits just right. I love to reuse and to find bargains and why pay full price when you’re just going to switch it out in a year or two?

I’m so excited Oliver’s finally created a Unilocal page! I’ve been shopping there for months and never left disappointed except for the fact that I couldn’t leave them a glowing review. The owner is incredibly sweet and her adorable son(for which the shop is named) is often around as well. I have traded in quite a bit of clothing and always felt that she gave me a good price and(unlike many other consignment stores) didn’t make me feel like I had terrible fashion sense. I also love the fact that you don’t have to make an appointment; so long as the shop isn’t busy she’ll sort through your goods while you shop and offer you a price on the spot. The shop definitely has an Urban outfitters/Anthropologie/vintage/bohemian-type of aesthetic so she does not generally purchase items from lower end brands such as Old Navy or H&M. When you consign you can either choose to get 35% of the value in cash or 50% in store credit. I’ve always chosen store credit because I love the selection and I’ve never been disappointed. It is a small store so the selection is sparse but if you go back a few times you’re bound to find something you like.

What an adorable high end consignment store! It’s off the main drag on Main Street in Downtown Annapolis. But if you make it down Maryland Avenue and are in the market for discounted high end used clothing, this is a good place to check out. It is a very small shop. Almost everything in there in separated by color. So when you browse, keep in mind what colors you have in mind. They have a nice variety of locally made jewelry as well as items from friends that are afar(like the UP in Michigan!) Because it is a consignment shop, prices are good. I have never consigned with them, but I think anyone with high end clothing could probably sign a deal with them. I just like being a consumer of the high end consignment items. This is a great place for those of you with high end taste on a budget.
