Its decent mall food. The fish balls and meatballs had an odd texture and it was kind of small. Not my favorite phở, but not gross by any means.

I DO NOT recommend this place! Their phở is SSSSSOOO oily and greasy! It’s so disgusting! It’s not even fresh. You can’t really expect to be good anyways. Looks like everything is pretty much made in advance. And have no idea where they make it cause it’s just a stand in the middle of the foodcourt. Where is their kitchen? At their house? Never go there again. You shouldn’t either unless you like wasting your money.

Right next to the movie theater box office in the annapolis mall. They have plenty of counter eating space. I love their Boba tea drink in honey dew. I’ve had some that aren’t good but the mix that they use is so good and the boba balls nice and chewy and fresh. The texture great and creamy and just the right amount of sweet. I will have to update my review once I have had the food there too but from the looks of it I can say it looks really good and most of all healthy.

Had the Phở Bo (beef) and it was really yummy! Best phở I have had in the area. Pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Surprisingly good phở for the food in a food court of a mall.
I’ve tried other items on its menu, I would say, just stick with phở and you will be happy.

Do not get take-​out or at lest triple-​check your order before you leave. We ordered 2 larges, they only gave us one and there was no broth, only noodles in the container. They charged us $ 18 for this. I will not go back, especially since there are plenty of other phở restaurants in the area.

Not a bad place to go if you are craving for phở. The place is in the mall by the food court. It’s a small area and only have few items in the menu including bubble tea. A little pricey for small bowl but the soup itself is really good. I would go back again.

A great addition to Annapolis Mall food court. It’s a small stand in front of Sears. Tried their beef phở & summer rolls (they call them spring rolls here). Flavorful broth, a bit on the sweet side but pretty good. Could come with a little more bean sprouts. Summer rolls were freshly made with lettuce, rice noodles and shrimp. Good ingredients, but quite bland. Either basil or cilantro could help perk it up a notch. The rolls came with a sauce which looked and tasted like hoisin sauce and very salty. Where is the peanut sauce? I would have given the place 4 stars, it being a mall fast food place, but had to take off a star for that.

Phở is the best I’ve tried in Maryland, and I’ve had great phở in California. Great flavor and a good portion!
Had the Sampler #1 that came w a noodle soup, a spring roll (delicious!), and two crispy egg rolls (kinda small though).
No complaints and will definitely be returning!

Located near Sears and Five Guys, this place is fantastic! Amazing option and nice break from the regular food court fare, but this place could stand on its own outside the mall as well. Great find!

The best Phở I’ve had! Taste delicious and no MSG. Definitely my favorite!!! Their Shrimp rolls are also delicious. Very fresh! Highly recommend this place!

When I walked by this place on my way to get a Cinnabon, I turned back around because they had bubble tea smoothies. A white long bar which sits right in front of the Sears with its green illuminating «Pholicious» sign. They offered about 10 different types of Phone & 15 different flavors of bubble tea from taro, Thai tea, avocado, lychee, red velvet and more. I had the coconut and my sis had the watermelon. The smoothie was really good and similar to a fruit smoothie with tapioca balls at the bottom, not overly sweet and not so boring. Too bad I had just finished eating lunch, or I could gave tried the Phở too.

We got the Phở Beef and its really good. Me and my bf both loved it. We know now where to eat everytime we go here in Wheaton Mall. ;) try it.

Been wanting to try this place, it’s new in the mall, finally did and very impressed. PERFECT Phở shrimp soup. Did not opt for the beef because in the menu picture, it looks raw. But my mom got it, and it was perfectly cooked in the soup. Will definitely get the beef phở next time. Excellent food and customer service. Also, loved the size of the regular bowl, not too big or too small. I would say best phở soup I’ve had in the area. Totally worth it when you feel like soup, noodles, or eating healthy.

Brand new and so far best phở place in Annapolis. Very good rice noodle soups. I prefer the chicken over the beef. The small is a healthy serving and reasonably priced. Tried their bubble tea, was good. Waiting for them to get the Thai Tea flavor in. They just opened on Oct 16th.
