Bought my first Harley from Rommel Annapolis a few years back… I also visit monthly. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. This is our Disneyland — never a bad thing to say.

Stopped in to pickup local Harley t shirts for a Harley fan relative. I was looking for something specific, so I asked the«greeter» about it and she pointed to the clothing racks and told me to go through them. As I started looking for shirts, I was followed and stared at by 3 different employees. Mind you, I was the only person in the place on a Sunday at 5pm. No one offered to help me, but they did follow me around the store in a sneaky fashion. I chose 2 shirts and went to the counter to purchase them. The woman behind the counter was very pushy and rude. Part of the sale included her asking me for my email. I said ‘that’s ok, I don’t want to give my email.’ The woman said ‘you have to in order for me to complete the sale.’ I HAVETO? I am making a $ 30 t shirt purchase. ‘I don’t want to be on a mailing list. This isn’t for a mailing list, this is so that we know who bought what. You can pick an email and attribute this sale to that.‘ She went on to ask for ID for my $ 30 credit card purchase. Just a really confrontational and aggressive sales approach for a store that was EMPTY.

Took the basic rider course. We got to spend 2 nights in class at the dealership. Got some behind the scenes tours. This place it’s a top notch business with great, experienced staff who LOVE what they do. I can not say enough about how great the course is. I walked in with no experience and will leave with all the paperwork to get my motorcycle licence. They teach much more than getting your licence. They teach great defensive driving skills.

Visiting from Las Vegas, went in to buy a shirt, purchased a bike. Salesman Steve Tart was great, very friendly, and got the paperwork done in less than 30 minutes as we were flying home that day. My husband discussed flying back to pock up the bike in a few days, Steve said he would make sure the bike would be looked over snd made ready for the ride home. After getting home we looked into shipping the bike home and called Steve once we booked the carrier. He let my husband know he would prepare the bike for shipping. Plans changed though as the carrier dropped the ball so my husband flew back to MD to ride the bike home. My husband rode from MD to TX where I flew in to meet him. We then rode the rest of the way home together and our first stop my husbands business. As we pulled in, one of my husbands auto techs noticed our front tire was flat. Gave the bike a look over and noticed a leak under the it. Took it to Red Rock Harley(our #1 go to) a few days later for a once over and were told the Stator Wiring seal was leaking and had been for some time. At the time we purchased the bike we were told it had a 30 day warranty so my husband called Rommel to get it covered. He was told the warranty only covered the bike in MD! Steve new we were from Las Vegas and we were bringing it straight home. We were NEVER told the warranty was only good in MD. We fought with the managers for a week and got a check for $ 250, the repairs were $ 800. TODAY, we went to register the bike. At the time we purchased the bike we were told NV taxes and fees were included in the purchase price. Needless to say, we got NAILED at DMV for excess taxes Rommel did not include. Our overall experience with this dealership is negative. We liked our salesperson but unfortunatley that was the only positive part of our purchase aside from our gorgeous new addition. I would not recommend this place for anything more than souveneir shopping.
