Sandi’s Flower Shop

My sister lives in NY and ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mom here in Annapolis. She spent a lot of money on the flowers (paying extra for delivery). It was the tiniest little arrangement, with droopy flowers that could not be revived. My sister told the owner (Sandi?) that the flowers were for her mother’s 81^st birthday. Is it possible that Sandi thought, «Who’s going to complain, who’s going to know?» Too bad there are others of us living right here in Annapolis. So, sister # 2 (who actually is a past gardener by profession) and lives with my mom, calls and leaves a message with Sandy to discuss the «super expensive teeny tiny arrangement». It’s been 4 days and no response. So, sister #3 is writing this review.
