Love the selection they always have… great place to browse for all the items you never knew you needed! When you walk in you are instantly greeted with the smell of something yummy! Frequently on the weekend there is a staff member at the door to greet you too. The store is well laid out and allows for just some serious fantasizing about becoming the next big chef. It’s a fun store. They offer a military discount as well. The staff can seem snooty at times too busy talking amongst themselves. But every now and then, probably when I’m dressed more presentable, I get very good and attentive service. I’ll keep coming back, but mostly for the products.

Great Store and Location! They also have 3 reserved spots for quick pick-ups/delivery or in and out shopping trips! The staff is very helpful no matter how large or small your purchase. They will help you with all your fine details in order to stock your home with great items! The store is huge so you can explore and get lost for hours!

Bottom Line: A large store featuring professional grade cookware and bakeware, kitchen linens, and other stuff for cooking and dining. This Williams-Sonoma, located between Lord and Taylor and Nordstrom, is a great store for«home chefs» to indulge on new goodies for the kitchen. The products here are quality and will last for many, many years. I own lots of stuff from WS, some of which I’ve had a decade, and I haven’t needed to replace any of it yet. I also like going to Williams-Sonoma to pick up wedding gifts because they’ll even gift wrap if for you! The staff here seems happy to be at work and is always helpful.

I always love stopping by a WS store. I love to cook and daydream about their beautiful cookware. Their gold cake pans are absolutely the best. They always have product demos and special guest.(I’ve purchased a cookbook and was lucky enough to get it signed). The store sales people are extremely helpful, but can follow a little too closely.(sometimes you just want to look, ya know?) But … I really do love this store. I could stock my dream kitchen here!!!

High end kitchen stores such as WS or Sur La Table are great to shop. What you will get is high quality high end products. This shop, like most of the other WS chains, is nicely organized and has a great selection of products. I wanted a new K-Cup coffee maker and they no longer carry any. Any! Wow, an extremely popular product no longer on the shelf. I bought my original Breville K-Cup machine here, so I was disappointed to discover this. Except for that, you will find some really nice but expensive stuff in here.

On a normal day, I have a very pleasant experience at Williams Sonoma of Annapolis. However, today when attempting to use my redeemable store cash-credit, I ran into a problem because the rolling pin I wanted was $ 49.95, and my credit was for $ 50. So instead of just allowing me to forgo the five cent difference, they did not allow me to use my store credit because the item I wanted was five cents cheaper. Absolutely ridiculous policy for such a high end store.

I always enjoy browsing the Williams-Sonoma stores. I cook a lot and love getting new ideas and cooking products there. The baking and cooking starter products they sell are top notch.

I come all of the way to this Williams Sonoma for the book signings. And each signing I’ve been to, first Bobby Flay, and second Michael Symon, the staff has been absolutely wonderful. First, they’ve prepped the area so there isn’t a line cluster and people who are at the mall for things other than the book signings aren’t inconvenienced. Second, they truly win my heart by handing out free coffee and water, and also cooking up recipes from the book being signed. Today, I must have eaten 13 meatballs in a tzatziki-esque sauce. Sooo good. I ate so many, the chef making them swore I’d be back for more. I would have, but I needed to leave the mall. WS is known for their excellent customer service, but I like doing the book signings here. Apparently, both chefs went onto Columbia(which is closer to me) to sign books, but I think I’ll just keep coming back here.

I love this store! When I get the opportunity to splurge for something great for the kitchen this is where I go. Today was a tea maker! I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me. She was so sweet and helpful but so is everyone there.

I love Williams Sonoma and this WS keept that love alive. The store wasn’t all that busy while we were here. Nevertheless, there was always someone close by to make sure we didn’t need any help and not in that creepy way some sales assistants hover around you. I wish I could have one of everything from this store!

If it’s more expensive then it’s better and will last longer right?! Yes. Except not sure the $ 20 marshmallows are that much better or will last any longer than the $ 1.29 bag from the grocery store. But yes if I want quality then I go to Willilams-Sonoma. I have their kitchen towels, hot pads, measuring spoons and the soap/lotion combos are always luxurious. Their panini grill rocks too. I’ve checked out other brands and this is definitely the way to go. I wish this store would cook more and offer samples. It puts people in the cooking mood and makes us buy more. samples, samples, samples!
