We went to Café Korea for my friends to try korean food for the first time. They thought the food was so good that they would be going there often. The food look so good I had to take pictures of it!

Best local Korean buffet! This surprising find is an oasis in a desert of Asian specialty foods. This is our favorite Korean lunch buffet! If you get there when there is no buffet you should definitely still get the bulgoki, mandu(fried dumplings) and the bibimbop. You will not leave hungry or go away disappointed!

Went here with a co worker that had been here several years ago. It was so good we ate there for the next two nights. I would have to say the bibimbap was my favorite. The kimchi was the best I ever had. If you are in the area, give this place a try

We just stopped in while staying in Anniston and were pleasantly surprised by how good and fresh the food is in this family-run jewel. Angie our server is delightful and you get a great variety of Korean vegetables with wonderful meat dishes. We ordered the Korean-style(beef) ribs and beef bulgogi and the meat was flavorful and spicy. The ribs are a bit chewier as you’d expect with beef ribs, but the bulgogi is very tender. The chicken bulgogi for the children was awesome. The ticket for a huge amount of food feeding our family of four was $ 50 and it is good healthy food(esp the Korean menu). It’s also refreshing being in a restaurant without TV blasting — very family friendly place. We definitely will be returning.

This is a family-run Korean restaurant in a surprising location. We visited on a Wednesday evening, and only one other table was taken, although family members seemed to be having a birthday party in one of the rooms. The atmosphere was comfortable, and it seems obvious that the family that runs it spends lots of time there. Despite being short-handed, our service was fine. We had some tasty appetizers(fried dumplings or some sort) and combination B, which included a large selection of chicken and beef and several sides of vegetables. It was all very tasty and reasonably priced — the combination platter was $ 12 per person and seemed to be the most expensive thing on the menu. The menu also included a number of Chinese and Korean plates. There was a buffet line that is apparently used only for lunch. Overall, we were satisfied with our tasty and fresh Korean specialties in a comfortable environment.

Expertly prepared Korean specialties in a casual atmosphere. Not what you might expect to find in Anniston, but there it is. Cheerful friendly and helpful service(they make no assumptions about your familiarity with the cuisine), reasonably priced and delicious. The menu also offers a variety of basic Chinese dishes(Lo Mein, etc.), but flip it over to the back to find the bibambop you came for.
