Bought a belt from these folks. They took such a good care of me and seem to be genuinely interested in providing the best service. I will be back for shoes and a repair when I need it.

Workmanship on shoes was very good, but their customer service was horrible. I was told it would be 5⁄6 weeks before my boots would be ready. When I called at 7 weeks I was told that they would call when ready and when customers called to inquire about shoes it delayed them working on shoes! Really!!! It was 8 weeks before they called and told me they were ready. If you use them be prepared to wait a very long time. I won’t be driving back over from Gadsden, I’ll go to Birmingham if I need shoes repaired again.

This shoe repair shop is grrrrrt. I’ve been using them for shoes, wallets, belts etc. I was excited to know they sell shoes… boots of all kinds, sandals and other types. Need to go check them out. The folks there are friendly and most of all helpful!
