I called seeking help with a migraine. I was able to see Dr. Valle the next day! He was very patient an personable. He reviews my issues with me and explained various things in a way I could understand. He answered all my questions. He even answered «I don’t know» when he didn’t an not just make up an answer or try to talk over my head. That is important to me! I found him to be honest and sincere in his attempt to help me with my migraines!
his office staff was very professional and accommodating. I didn’t realize they don’t accept credit or debit cards. She allowed me riser the doctor, leave, and then return with the money for my co-​pay.
Very understanding team.
However, I went for a migraine and recieved nothing for the pain. Was sent to get blood work and told to come back later (after blood work is done)
I understand his liabilities, but expected something to deal with the pain until the next appointment. Not just go home and suffer til then.
