BEWARE!
Please do not use Wood’s Edge Floor Sanding!
Eric Peterson RUINED my hardwood floors. He was hired to refinish and stain my floors. He left deep sanding marks all around the perimeter of my floors.
When I contacted him, he promised to come back free of charge and fix the damage he created. Then he proceeded to ignore my phone calls /​texts

DO NOT LET HIM UNDER BID. Pay more money. Go with a company that won’t just take your money and leave you with the damage. What he did isn’t right or professional.
Also, I told him not to worry about getting the floor stain on my white molding baseboards. Well, there’s «not worry about it» and completely ruin the molding. The whole house needed to be repainted. PLUS, he didn’t care about the custom kitchen cabinets and got those baseboards covered in stain. I had to get paint professionally color matched to fix my cabinetry.
Now, I have to pay someone to fix the horrible job he did to my floors.
