Burger King

I’m sad to say that I’m totally discussed with this place. Everytime I’ve eaten there there has been something wrong with the food. Old and cold and descusting. Get it together BK

The worst Burger King ever! Owner clearly doesn’t care about customers or quality. Managers are useless. They ALWAYS make you wait an enormous amount of time and STILL get your order wrong. Do us all a favor sell it or close.

Do not go here!
Half the time they are out of food, including burgers on the menu! Isn’t this Burger King? Every time I want an icee, the machine us broken and it never seems to get fixed.
When you are ordering through drive thru, you can barely hear the burger king employee through the intercom.
I feel like the restaurant is unclean and numerous times my Wife and I have gotten sick after eating there. Food had been cold and soggy like it was sitting for a while.
Needless to say, the Restaurant has lost my business and I have no interest in going to any other locations.

Well that’s the coldest burger I think I’ve ever eaten. Bun stale, cheese dried up and burger stone cold.
Kids nuggets like warm.
Avoid. Can’t wait for Shelton to open back up!!!

If it weren’t for the french toast sticks I would have just continued driving past this location. First of all there were no customers at 8:20 in the morning, surely a clue that this location is a disaster. Next clue was there were only 2 employees working the entire restaurant. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and received a free upgrade to include sausage as well (the previous order had made a mistake, and I was appreciative of the extra meat). However, my sandwich was not hot when I got to the middle of it. Furthermore, the restaurant appeared unloved and dirty. I will give the two employees props, for they were doing the best that they could, but it is readily apparent that this location is mismanaged. My french toast sticks were good, hence the two stars.

I’d rather eat food poisoning than visit this dump again. Please avoid this location!

I’m ONLY giving this location 3 stars because my friend works here and he busts his ASS to make consistently good food. If it weren’t for him, this location would go out of business. I’m not even just saying that because he’s my friend, but because he’s been here for 2 years and does everything the way he was taught. His Whoppers come out looking exactly like the ones in TV commercials, it’s impressive!
The owner (also owns the one in Derby) is a complete jerk. The employees are treated like CRAP. Oh, and the whole running out of burgers thing? It’s because he’s too cheap to buy sufficient stock and they frequently run out. One time, and I have a picture of this somewhere that I should post, the drive-​through was backed up, with tons of people having to park and wait for their food, and what did the store manager have one of the only other long time employees do? GO OUT SIDE AND PAINT THE SIDEWALK GREY! YES! That makes SO much sense! In an understaffed location, with so many people waiting, gotta make sure the sidewalk is pretty!
To sum it all up, the 3 stars is for my friend whom is pretty much The Burger King, and no stars at all for the store manager and the franchise owner, whom are ASSHATS!!!

I went to this store for dinner and was told they were out of burgers. Seriously? It’s fu€king BURGER KING!

This is the dirtiest Burger King in Connecticut. I have gone hear a few times and will never come here again. The sandwiches always look like they were made by a 2 year old child that was finger painting with the ingredients.
The people taking your order are almost always rude and downright annoyed that your coming in. After the 3 time of terrible service I have giving up on this store. Besides theres 3 other fast food restaurants nearby that know how to treat customers.
