Domino’s Pizza

Look, it’s just a pizza chain. But you still should receive some level of customer service with it. Like the last couple complaints, it appears that when you use the app or have a situation outside the norm, some employees there have a really tough time addressing the issue and extending good service.
In my case, it was the free pizza I earned through the online app. In this case the app tried to charge partially and then removed and cleared out my free item. I called the store to see if I could place the order with them because this kept happening. I was told rudely to call corporate that there was nothing they will do here. After I expressed that if they are unable to help customers they will lose business, I was hung up on. Called back, asked for manager. Same girl — says she was manager — gave me the corp number. When I asked for her name she asked why. When I told her I would be providing feedback, she said «um, no» and hung up. I called the corp and local office to allow them the opportunity to extend some additional training opportunities to her. And since I have the feeling I’d be receiving pizzas seasoned with spit going forward, I’ve decided to frequent the Little Caesars across the street that just so happens to cost ten dollars less for larger pizzas and they threw good customer service in for free. Thanks for saving me money and b.s. Dominos!

Pizza was hot and they delivered it very quickly. However the toppings very skimpy. Only a part of the pizza had all of our toppings we ordered on it. Dominos is very good usually but the way this pizza was topped was not good. At least every piece should have all the toppings you pay for. Instead of trying to find that piece that had your favorite topping on it. Disappointed in the pizza as a whole.

I order from here A LOT. Normally everything is great. Tonight all I had on me was cash, since I was waiting for replacement cards to come in the mail. Order was about $ 25 and I would be paying with a $ 50 bill. I was called after waiting 10 – 15 minutes and told they cannot fullfil my order because they cannot provide change for a $ 50 I understand they can’t carry large bills to protect their drivers, but if you are telling me at any given time they don’t have $ 25 in change on them or $ 50 in cash… I would not believe it. I am extremely upset, as I had already been waiting for deliver and there was nothing stating what bills I was allowed to PAY THEM with. It was not a $ 100 bill. I am unsure if I will continue my patronage. This is upsetting because of the amount of business I give them, as well as the fact they did not offer any other options or even a call from the manager. It was a passed down message that was very sterile and unhelpful. Thanks, but you have lost a customer.

I ordered a pizza using the site to be delivered to my kids at home while I was on the road. I arrived home 2 hours later and the pizza still hadn’t arrived. I called and told them to cancel it. Someone showed up 20 minutes later with the pizza and had no idea it was cancelled. Terrible service.

My husband & I ordered online (easy order) at approx. 6:35 and as of 7:15 it hadn’t even been in the oven! We won’t be going to this particular location again!

Order from here almost weekly. This Domino’s is my go to. Give me a medium pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage and call it a day! Seriously, the staff is great, the orders are made quickly. Delivery is on point and the pizza is amazing! Keep up the good work!

I swear every time I call they have somebody dumber and slower than the last time I called. But not only that but this time they gave my pizza away to the delivery guy so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get another pie. Lady was super unfriendly and didn’t want to make another so she gave me my money back. But then a nicer younger fella made me a new FREE pizza with a FREE 2 liter so I was cool with that.

5 stars for its category of chain store pizza. Prices were great, They were fast and food was delish. I can’t believe I like Dominoes! 10 years ago I wouldn’t have eaten there even if I was starving.

Yummy! I order from here quite often using the 5.99 for two or more items coupon. A medium pizza & order of hot wings does the job for me and my little family! The cheapest pizza around here and the only one who’s open past 10pm! I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with this location but not to make me not come back. Thanks dominos!

Disappointed! There is no consistency at this location what so ever. It’s pretty hard to screw up pizza and pasta but, yesterday the employees at dominos did just that. My husband and I ordered from the fantastic coupon of pick any 2 for $ 5.99 so, our order consisted of the following items; the chicken Alfredo pasta dish, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a medium pan pizza with salami, pepperoni and mushrooms.
Our pizza had a whopping three mushrooms and I’m being generous unlike dominos in saying that there was three. I’m not one to complain about a cheap easy meal but, we paid extra for the mushrooms. Why don’t they measure the weight of the toppings accordingly with the size of the pizza and make it right? Is it really that hard!
Then the Chicken Alfredo pasta again, there was maybe two or three small slices of chicken and the Alfredo sauce was almost non existent. Why? Seriously why?
The Philly cheesesteak was amazing my husband was so happy with the taste, freshness of everything and the portions.
So one out of three was great! It’s just like I said at the beginning disappointed in the fact that, a company that makes pizza and pasta could screw it up. I want to be a customer that will come back but, at this time we might just go back to papa johns or take in bake with papa m. Especially with football season being here. If we do order from Dominos again we are going to order from a store that’s further away since we have to pay for a delivery charge anyways we can see if it’s truly just this store in Antelope or it’s spreading like a bad wild fire from chain to chain.
The delivery driver was a nice girl and had great customer service skills!

So a good friend and I where in the process of brewing some beer and decided we need some pizza to recharge the battery’s. My buddy had thought dominos was garbage but I reassured him the quality has greatly improved. We ordered online, extra cheese pepperoni, wings and cheesy bread. In the middle of the brew the pizza came, so I was in a rush and didn’t check the order when it arrived. It arrived quickly and hot. The pizza didn’t come with the extra sauces we ordered and paid for nor any extra cheese that was paid for also. In the end, the pizza was good and so were the wings and cheesy bread. Would have given more stars, but was bummed for paying for extras not received.

The man who came to the door would not take our five dollar bill missing a piece of it which had more than fifty percent

Came in to this dominos for the first time today. Service was fine, got a pepperoni bacon for $ 9. The first slice was delicious. The next two made me feel nauseous, and I have a really bad upset stomach now, and this is two hours later. I would say it was because it was way to greasy. Because of this experience, I most likely will not be coming back.

Pizza has gone way up in quality. Enjoyable experience every time with friendly staff and top quality food both pizza and appetizers. Love it and will be back

I only came for the pizzas I ordered online, I didn’t dine in. The workers that day were friendly. It’s always a must when your working with consumers right? The lady that rang me up gave me plenty of plates. They do sell pepper shakers and such. Their pizza has definetly upgraded in taste and quality. They always have some type of deal online. The inside is also very nicely clean.

I was actually surprised when I walked into dominos it had a nice small but welcoming dining area and the pricing was a lot cheaper than average pizza chains. The quality of the pizza has improved has a pretty tasty crust. My only dislike was that you had to purchase a parmesan cheese and hot pepper shaker for a 1.00 each which was absurd. Ranch and other sauces are understandable but cheese and pepper I thought it was customary to get those items but I’m afraid not.

Expensive pizza that doesn’t taste any better then a discount pizza across the street. Very greasy!

I recently discovered how delicious new Domino’s pizza is! I used to hate hate hate it, but they really have changed into something pretty dang good. I am so happy this location has opened! Not the very best pizza ever, but definitely worth the price point and much much better than the other $ 5 pizza down the street. Their crust is amazing and their one topping pizzas are not dinky or pathetic, but covered in the topping of your choice. Such great coupons and deals!
4 stars only because of our most recent visit phone ordering experience wasn’t great. I usually order online, and that has always been fine. The person we talked to was very unfriendly and didn’t give us accurate pricing information.

I’m so very happy to get a Dominos in our area. Although they have only been open a short amount of time, the staff, management and food are great! I’ve been in a few times already. I needed a large amount of gift cards to pass out at a school function. I called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate me and they were happy to. Later that day I had lunch there and they remembered me by name.
I have been here a couple more times since as well and have never had anything but a great experience and fresh pizza.

Domino’s has always been my favorite. There used to be one in Antelope/​North Highlands on Watt Ave next to Bank of America but they closed down a few years ago. Finally a new Domino’s was opened in Antelope and it’s still the best. Prices are just right and they always have coupons you can use. Specialty chicken was good. Parmesean bites were good and of course the pizza.
