I was in here today and I had ordered a mango-​a-​go-​go and I’ve been doing business with this restaurant long enough to know when something doesn’t taste right. So I told the CSR my drink tasted funny and she wanted to know in what what way. Then she took it to her co-​worker who asked the same thing. You don’t argue with your customers about this especially when they’ve already been paid for. Guess who won’t be back? ME!!!

I am so disappointed. I order ahead and there was a line. Like where were you suppose to go!?! Wait in line, the workers didn’t even ask or look up once. Plus on the worst side is that the smoothly is all run down already! I order for pick up at 10:30 and there is no way it would melt that fast. I am never ordering ahead, wasted my time and money for some juice I could have done at home!

all I was craving all morning was fresh orange juice! I paid $ 5 for a 16 oz orange juice! much to my dismay, I literally got a Tropicana flavored overly sugary unpleasant drink with a bitter tangy aftertaste! I used to love Jamba juice’s orange juice! what happened??? never again…

Smaller Jamba Juice in an older location but in the same parking lot as 24 Hour Fitness making it ideal for a smoothie after a workout :) Decent service and the short walk from the gym make this a repeat performance LOL.

Unhelpful or attentive, too busy chatting with one another to help customers fully. Gave me attitude when I asked which drink was which. Like sorry I’m coming to your place of business. Early mornings I’m used to quality service. But afternoon I guess I can’t expect the same accommodations.

The young ladies here are always super accommodating with my complex orders! The PEANUT BUTTER MOO’D is my pride and joy, and I am constantly trying new variations. If I don’t like it the first or the second time (which has only happened a couple of times), they remake it for me – with a smile!
As others have noted, I also like that they always greet you upon walking in the door. Teenagers these days usually leave me wondering, so it’s nice to see some young people in an establishment performing their job responsibilities well.

Best Jamba Juice, they are fast, and friendly. This is a good place to get a healthy treat on a hot day. The peanut butter mood is really really good for fans of banana and peanut butter.

Razmataz Sub Banana for strawberry. Always consistently good. However! The noise is horrible in the store from the machines to the customers I just want my drink and to get the heck out of there.

Jamba juice is right in my area! Friendly customer service, quick, cold and freshly served, The banana blue berry, strawberry wild and Mango go go drinks really quenches our thirst! High FIVE!

Quality of Product: Fail.
Quality of Service: Fail. When I asked to speak to a manager due to not receiving what I ordered. He was a taller male, with brown hair, and rolled his eyes while I was speaking. Two Employees were on there cell phones on the front line, and one person making drinks, with four people working. Absolutely ridiculous.
Quality of Cleanliness: No way. The Crathcos were disgusting, hence why I asked for Fresh Oj. Boost bin was gross and crusty, looked as though it had not been rotated in eons. Team Member used the same two spoodles for all fruit in the dipbox. What if I was allergic to strawberries? Health Code Violations all over this place.
Overall Experience: No thank you! I’d rather drive to the Jamba on Del Paso Rd.

I have never been to this particular Jamba Juice. The individuals were friendly and are drink was made quickly.
I always get the Pomegranate pick me up and it was wonderful. For the first time I added a boost. Sometimes at other places you can taste it, but not here.

This is my Jamba. I love that it’s the perfect distance from my house to be the midway point on a nice bike ride or walk with my pup and/​or friends.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. They walked me through my first wheatgrass shot when I was scared of the idea of drinking grass but still really wanted the health benefits. Yay for getting over fears! Now I’m a wheatgrass pro!
I’m a big fan of the all fruit smoothies, especially Pomegranate Paradise. So yum!

Great customer service and our smoothies were made fast.
I tried the maple brown sugar crunch oatmeal and it was YUMMY! Seriously, you gotta try it. Perfect breakfast! It’s made with steel cut organic oats for all of you fitness freaks out there (like me)!
I ordered my usual Strawberry Whirl smoothie and it tasted fresh and full of fruity goodness. My boyfriend had the Strawberry Surf Rider and I almost wish that I had ordered that instead. It’s a little on the tart side and tastes like a blend of strawberries, lemon, and lime. SO good. Give it a try sometime.
Once again, great brekkie from Jamba Juice. Will be back soon for sure.

The staff here is awesome… they are always happy. It is like a movie scene when you walk in the place with how happy they are. It’s awesome though cause I always leave a little happier than when I went in. Not to mention the shakes they make there seem to taste better than all the other jamba juices i’ve been too. Go!
