I have live for a good 3 going on 4yrs now let me just say I’ll love my apartment… Its good price so def no complaints there! I love the maintenance guys my bathroom sink broke a leak it got fix that day new one. The maintenance team is on top of it stuff they’re is def not 2 or 3 day wait for stuff to get fix! The management staff here is awesome they will take care of you(u just gotta communicate to them if something wrong).they have went above and beyond to help me especially when I got sick and had to get Surgrey and been pretty much hurt real bad for about a 1.5…they work with me to keep a roof over my head! Its knowing lil things like that make this place a great place to live they… even check on me to make sure I was OK and doing well! These guy been awesome since the day I moved in here from day one! I say as far as antelope this is the best place to live outta all places! My only complaint is I can get direct TV cause I have two big tree front of me but other than that I love living here!

Overpriced apartments with shitty maintenance and shitty service. These are some of the worst apartments in Sacramento for the price. I wish I would have never signed that lease. The maintenance supervisor needs to get written up for the way he speaks to the residents. They’re going to lose a lot of business because of him. He speaks to everyone in a very condescending way. Nobody picks up the dog shit. The square footage for the price is ridiculous. Safe to say I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB as well for some unsafe things around the property.

Let me start by saying I loved my apartment. I had a great view and things got fixed pretty much on time. The office staff seemed pretty reasonable. I was in constant contact with the leasing office. Six months ago when I found out I had bone on bone arthritis, I was told by my Dr. That I had to move to a downstairs apartment that was ADA accessible. I tried to work out a way that I could stay in the apartment complex, but they insisted if I moved down to a lower apartment I would have to pay 400 extra a month. I had been with them for a long time, always told them when things weren’t working. They even told me they appreciated my calling to tell them the pools lights weren’t working, because they wouldn’t know since they weren’t around. They would ask me to «look out» for this and that when they needed to know who was doing what. I did this and I was happy to help them. I talked to them when I was about a year into my lease about the carpet, my son has a disability which caused his carpet to be soiled. One of the leasing agents told me, don’t worry it was old carpet, it will probably need to be replaced anyway. Then before I moved out, I told all three leasing associates that I was going to have a maid come in to clean as I was disabled and no longer able to do it. None of them told me to give them a receipt. I am now getting charged 500 for new carpet, 140 for maid service, Damage to vinyl that I never got pictures of as well as counter top damage. Again no pictures. 874.00. I had heard a lot of people say that you will lose your whole deposit when you move out of this place, but this is outrageous. Only move here if you are planning to stay for a real long time, don’t get suddenly disabled because they could not care less. And if you are looking to be a good resident, don’t bother, they don’t care about that either. Beverly
