I have rented from Statewide Storage for over four years. The price is adequate for the size of the storage facility I rent. The lot is always clean and I feel more than secure storing my items here.
The BEST part of renting storage space is the amount of cooperation from the staff. They have gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns. I have never encountered rudeness or disrespect from Jose or Jennifer. They are polite and efficient whether they answer my phone call or if I deal with them in person.
They both make Statewide Storage look great by their care and concern for the customers and and the storage facility.
Thanks Jose and Jenn, you both rock!

Nice grounds. Lots of selection as far as sizes go.
The reason for minus 2 stars are:
1) Their holiday hours are kind of ridiculous. Most other storage places are open 365 days a year. Not this one, tried to move some stuff on Labor Day (which I don’t consider a major holiday) and they were closed. We even rented a Uhaul online from them but couldn’t pick it up because they were closed. They sure let us make a reservation though. Strange.
2) We needed to call the office and called 15 minutes before closing and they had already closed for the day.
We found a cheaper place in a better area whose office managers are much more accommodating. I would look elsewhere if you can.

I had a storage unit here for almost a year. These folks were great! I didn’t feel comfortable setting up auto payments, so they called me every month to remind me about the payment and collect it. That was a great service. The facility is clean and secure. I also rented uhaul trucks from them a couple of times. I’ll go back to them again for truck or storage needs.

If I could give Negative stars I would. The man behind the counter was down right rude and refused to accept the blankets we had rented. The blankets had been rented at another U-​Haul location but we had mad arrangements to return at this location. The man first said they didn’t even return blankets at that location. When we told him we made arrangements he acted confused and insisted he didn’t have room for any more blankets. How does a storage business not have room for there own 12 blankets!!! He got in a screaming match with my sister in law and her friend.

This is a top notch location for U-​Haul rental. I rent quite often and usually want to kill myself during the arduous process. Not this time. In and out, easy and quick. I’ll be using Statewide from now on.

Great storage facility. The office staff was exceptional. She recognized me after my first initial time in the office. Stall was clean and hallways well lit. Great experience, would absolutely store here again when the need arises.

We have had a storage unit here off and on for the last five years. The owners are friendly and helpful. The site is clean. We rent a 10×10 unit that is inside. We were able to fit the contents of our 2 bedroom duplex, including all of the furniture and appliances. It is secure access in and out with pass codes. Just a great experience in storage.
