went for a yearly check-​up but saw Dr. Amy’s husband Tom. Loved him as well. he was great at not only the exam but at helping me try to wean off of an expensive dry eye med. He told me it was worth a shot-​but also let me know honestly that if when I come back in a month he sees signs that I really do need to continue-he’d say so.
He made me feel as if he truly cared-​loved him and again the practice.

TERRIBLE customer service and questionable clinical judgement. The Dr and office manager would not supply the prescription for contact lenses after charging for the exam and contact fitting. They refused to order contact lenses for my son per insurance plan. Hours after the exam, the office called and said they are going to «pretend my son was never in» and he should go somewhere else for another exam and to order contacts because they «may not get paid by the insurance company».
Prior to and during the exam they verified that they take our insurance plan, but then wanted to charge more than stated on the plan. Our insurance company verified that they are participating providers and should never have done that.
SAVE SOME TIME, PATIENCE AND YOUR EYES AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Wonderful service, friendly staff, thorough exam. Carries designer frames and the staff is very helpful and fun. Dr. Amy was wonderful. Going to the eye doctor is usually a painful experience to me (I have gone to places like Lens Crafters and America’s Best) but I found All About Eyes through my insurance and they are right by my house. Great find, and I am so excited about my new Coach frames!
