Dr sheppard and his staff are all amazing and very accommodating! My 3 year old fell on thanksgiving and cracked his teeth and they were able to get us in right away and squeeze us In the same week to have my son put under anesthesia and get crowns put on. Janelle was awesome and talked to us the whole time he was in surgery to help us stay calm. I highly recommend dr sheppard for anyone!

Dr. Shepard had been the best pediatric dentist we could have ever hoped for. His bubbly personality keeps the kids entertained. His office features a movie room for the little kids and big ones alike) His dental assistants are always on top of their game. I take my five daughters and were in and out in no time.

Dr Sheppard and his staff have been wonderful. My four year old daughter is not a fan of strangers let alone doctors or dentists; however, Dr Sheppard was patient, kind, and helped her to feel as comfortable as possible.
He spent a good deal of time with me going over my concerns. I feel he doesn’t suggest treatment unless it’s absolutely necessary and, when necessary, he takes the course of treatment that is best for the child and not his own personal ease.
The waiting room is fun and inviting for little people– there is a movie playing as well as video games for kiddos to play with while they wait. They also give out tokens for prizes after the visit. It’s all the little
things that allow my daughter to feel at ease that mean a lot.
We are so happy we found this practice!

Great doctor, my child loves him. Very patient and professional. Will be back again and again. Tara, the office manager is helpful and sweet, rare and so nice to see.

Great office and staff! My 7 yr old son had been going to the Surprise location since he was 3. We recently moved to the north phoenix area so we were glad knowing that WVPD had a location nearby. My son just enjoys going to the dentist. They really make it very pleasant and fun for children of all ages.
