I needed some suggestions on improving the consistency of watering on my lawn. I also needed a few one-​off jobs completed (cleaning river rock beds & removing a brush pile). I got the company’s number from our neighbor, who uses this company.
I called and left a message. Within an hour, the owner, James, called me back. He said he could come by the next day. He took a look at the various things I needed, and gave me some suggestions. He even gave me a bunch of sprinkler head replacements, without charging me and without knowing if I would ultimately hire him for the jobs. That night, I had quotes on the various projects.
I hired the company to complete my projects and they’re returning next week. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and I’m able to spend my money in the community.

Sonoran Scapes has been a breathe of fresh air in a field where businesses have a reputation that being less than stellar. James, the owner of the company has been directly involved in the care of my landscaping and irrigation issues. I have used others in the past, but I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, you will not be disapointed

James and his crew consistantly (for almost 6 years now) provide a quality landscape service at my home. If I ever have a concern I can call and speak directly to James any time and he is always right on it. They come when they say and do a good job for the price paid. Can’t go wrong here.

What a joke this guy is. His service is awful, his customer service is awful and expects to get paid in advance even after photos shown to him about the poor work done. Be careful of this guy.

Earlier this week Danny provided me with a quote for landscape maintenance services as well as to look at my irrigation system. I found Danny to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable as far as the type of work I needed to have done. He took the time to show me a few things about my irrigation system which I truly appreciated.
I will be using SSL&M in the very near future for the routine landscape maintenance and back in the Spring during growing season to have them plant a bunch of new shrubs and cacti.
I highly recommend SSL&M and will be telling my neighbors about my experience in hopes that they start to use them as well.

SonoranScapes absolutely earned an A+ rating for the exceptional landscaping and maintenance services provided at my home in Anthem, Arizona. On each of the two separate service visits, the quality of their work was consistent.
Their courteous and English-​speaking crew arrived at the property on time and performed the contracted services exactly as promised. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the cost did not exceed the written quote, which was provided prior to the start of each job.
SonoranScapes service visit included trimming two trees, trimming bushes, removing dead plants, removing yard debris left behind by the previous owners, and performing an audit of the property’s drip irrigation system. During the audit, all leaks discovered in the drip lines were repaired immediately to prevent further costly water loss.
In addition to the leaking drip lines, the irrigation audit discovered a leaking drip system value and a non-​functioning irrigation timer. I was given a clear written estimate for repairs to the irrigation system. However, I was not pressured to have the repairs performed immediately. More importantly, SonoranScapes personnel did NOT attempt to «up-​sell» the needed repairs or components.
As the crew was finishing the yard clean-​up and tree trimming, I made telephone calls and went online to compare the written quote for the needed irrigation work. I discovered SonoranScapes’ written quote was competitive, so I elected to have the irrigation repair done by them in the near future.
Shortly after the crew left, I was surprised when the owner of SonoranScapes, James Cutri, stopped by the property to review the work and to ask if the work was performed to satisfaction. I told James I was so satisfied, I wanted to make an appointment to have the irrigation repairs performed in the next few days. James said he carried the needed replacement parts on his service truck, and to my surprise, he was able to perform the repairs on-​the-​spot, and a future appointment was not needed.
An added comment about James Cutri, the owner of SonoranScapes: First of all, James is a very nice person who presents himself and his company in a most professional manner. Secondly, he has a low-​key, no-​pressure style of operation that immediately places the homeowner at ease. He completely listens to what his customers have to say before offering his ideas and suggestions.
All in all, I absolutely trust James Cutri and highly recommend the professional crew of SonoranScapes to assist homeowners in making informed decisions regarding the design and maintenance of their home’s landscaping.

I was not a customer of Sonoran Scapes, I had another company do my back yard when I moved in. I was not happy with that company and I called Sonoran Scapes to fix a problem with a tree. Even though I was not a customer Sonoran came out within 2 days and fixed my problem and gave me good tips on talking care of my plants. I will use Sonoran Scapes again and I am now a customer! Once again, I had a great experience working with James and his crew. I had some emergency irrigation work that needed to be done at my home and James showed up on time and in person. When you’re on a well, it’s really nerve-​wrecking to see so much water standing in your yard. Take it from me, call SonoranScapes for those emergency situations that some other, less-​educated workmen (not least of all is me) may cause. You can trust these guys to fix the problem when the situation is sensitive.
