Beware! The owner and his crew are untrustworthy and, in my opinion, running their shop to capture and exploit uninformed visitors.
Facts about my experience:
1) When I called to setup an pest inspection for a property I was planning on purchasing, they manipulated me by outright rejecting my request on the phone and asked that my agent should call instead to schedule the inspection! I am the freaking buyer and I am going to be paying the bill for their services and I am not allowed to schedule the inspection?
2) The time provided to the agent was so large a range that the the agent wasn’t sure when exactly these folks are going to show up on the property.
3) As it happened, on the day of the inspection, by the time we arrived, we didn’t see a trace of their inspector. Swish! Vanished!
4) Then a week passed, two, three and then I started receiving emails about payment. But hey! I didn’t receive any inspection report!!! Was any work done? they should send a report that is cross signed by buyer and or seller who was present during the inspection. Nada. No report.
5) I called them after 3 weeks to ask for the report — promptly they sent me some shit report, — and there was no signature of any other party, just the inspector alone! What a farce.
6) It seems to me that the whole operation is untrustworthy. Such a waste of time and energy. Stay away from these folks.
Actions I took:
I complained to the BBB, Department of Public Health and the Illinois Attorney General. The AG’s office is considering investigating these people.

I called them because I was having ants in the winter months on the first floor of my home. I almost didn’t want to post this review for fear of jinxing myself but since they came and treated a week ago I’ve seen no ants. This was after months of me trying to resolve the problem myself. I was cleaning every day like a maniac and driving myself crazy! I have 2 cats one of which has asthma and the spray they used was odorless and completely harmless to them after it dried in about 20 minutes. They don’t make you sign a contract, but do recommend continued treatment on a quarterly basis for about a year which is understandable. They will come out for free if you see anything in between treatments. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. The exterminator was on time (early even) and finished within 20 minutes. The even have online bill pay which they encourage you to utilize. Overall I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and hope the ants will stay away with continued treatment.

Absolutely great company to work with. Called them out for a mice problem in my garage and the serviceman, Fred, spent a lot of time mouse proofing my garage. I’m talking about up in the attic, pulling down old insulation and checking drains. I felt like he had all the time in the world for me (did not get that with the other BIG pest company). He set lockable poison boxes that neither child nor dog could get at the poison (really neat!!). I also was pleasantly surprised to find out that their quarterly rates were MUCH lower than the BIG pest company I had employed before.
Oh, and one more thing… Fred noticed a ground wasp nest immediately upon walking to the garage and dusted it… Fred was friendly, the office staff was warm and friendly… I’m sold!
