ALL PRO Gutter and Window Cleaning

I’d like to give this company 5 starts because they took very quick action after having me a quote on the gutter clean. It is busy season now but they could work on weekend. Their customer service is very good. I will recommend them to all our friends.

Be careful with these guys — called in for a quote for residential windows cleaning. I have spoken with probably 6 different window cleaners and all they needed to know was how many windows and if its 1 story or 2.
With All Pro, I spoke with Bob Carey (the owner) and all he wanted to know was square footage of my house. When I asked him why, his response «Just answer my questions so I can give you an estimate» (in a very poor tone) — I then said, how about I give you the window count like everyone else asks for — why does my home size matter? Again, in a very snooty tone «I asked your square footage, answer my question»
After that kind of tone and service I politely thanked him for his time an hung up.
These guys like to feel out their potential customers a bit so they can adjust pricing based on your home size — the bigger the home, the more $$$ per job.
Very poor service — especially from the owner.
