There were NUMEROUS things that gave me a bad impression before the massage even started the doors were locked while they were«open» I had to call for them to open the door They don’t speak English The banner outside said it was $ 40 for an hour massage because it was their grand opening and their pricing inside the store says regular price for an hour is $ 45 but for some reason they wanted to charge me $ 47 The lady had to put me on the phone with another lady who spoke just a little bit better English just to be able to communicate why the price isn’t the price it says on the banner outside At this point I was ready to walk out and I wish I would have but then as soon as she realized she was goin to lose me and my friend as customers she agreed to $ 40. There was no music The massage was of very poor quality. It was obvious to me that she wasn’t a licensed massage therapist. It was horrible. Lastly I told her I’d leave a tip using my credit card because I didn’t have cash with me and she requested that I give her a $ 10 tip. I don’t know why after all these warnings that this isn’t where I should my massage it didn’t click in my brain to just get outta there and go to where I always get a massage which is at the massage place a couple stores down. I obviously don’t recommend anyone come here. If you really want a good massage go to Far East massage and ask for lulu, she’s amazing.

The only reason I’m giving one star was for décor and aroma. My husband and I decided to give this place a try since it was new to the area and I patronize other businesses near by. What a mistake. We asked for a reflexology and full body combo. First the session began with my husband and I sitting in massage chairs for quite a while before anyone came. While receiving a foot rub and I do mean foot RUB the ladies talked the entire 15 mins that they were actually there. Not only was it thee worst foot rub our feet were never soaked. Now on our way to the body massage we finally receive the tea we were promised 30 mins before. We came as a couple and we were placed in separate rooms. The massages were mediocre. We both agreed that we’ve had better bad massages than this! My husband came out before I did and tipped. So when I came out I was harassed for a tip. I’ve gone to too many of these kind of places. I’ve had a person chase me all the way out to my car for a tip. If I’m not happy with my service what makes you feel entitled to a tip that’s not mandatory! Wasted 1 hour and a half of my time! I will most definitely stick to the REALSPAS and not these pop up sweatshops!

Just opened, I just stopped by and met Mei, she created a very elegant and stylist relaxing Spa, walking through the door your transformed into a high designed Day Spa. The aesthetic contrasts sharply with modern and asian elegant design, treatment rooms resemble a mini spa of their own with rich colored fine fabric, the color scheme is deep and seductive, silks, high thread count cottons, deep colors. The staff is excellent trained in various massage skills, hot stones, sauna, large shower is all available before and after your treatment. The scent of herbal infused oils – Lemongrass, can be enjoyed by your senses. Price is very affordable and it’s just a short drive from Walnut Creek. They also offer Yoga, Foot Massages and facial’s.
