I keep calling and the girl who’s picking up the phone keeps sayin can you please hold, before I get the chance to say yes they have already left the phone ??? And they keep hanging up on me after having me on hold for 10 minutes what’s going on?

I recently started going to this doctor he is very professional and he gives a lot of information. The girls in the front desk are so friendly and welcoming! :) definitely a place i would recommend.

Negative 1! The only reason I stopped going to this office was because of the most awful front desk receptionist they have. She is rude, degrades you and has the WORST customer service. The nurses are nice. Dr. Copeland is somewhat borderline inappropriate with some comments. And there is sometimes a dog in the office which is completely unsanitary!
Get rid of that office front desk receptionist! I know multiple people who say the same thing about her and while there are a few of us in the waiting room, everyone is talking abou the same thing… her awful attitude!

My Dad went to Dr. Copeland. While a very personable and knowledgeable doctor, the wait was always well over one hour after your appointment time and he always had extra charges «over and above» the amount paid by a major medical Blue Cross policy after paying the normal office charge.
Also, he will needlessly make you come in (and charge) for unnecessary office visits to renew your prescriptions, writing them for only three refills unless you strongly insist otherwise.
