Incompetent staff. Older male grey haired manager is clueless and has no idea how to effectively run a business. Case and point when your ringing customers and you take an order dont just leave your register and rush off to the iced cream machine without a word to the next customer in line. Rather than wait to to see if he was foing to return we gave up on our ice cream order and left. Inept staff. Wrong orders x ²⁄₃ baskets ordered. Burger was soaked in grease. All this in one visit. We wont be back. Way too disorganized and no leadership. Multiple orders were also sent back from others seated near us.

I placed a drive thru order. When the employee handed me my credit card back through the drive thru window, she dropped it and my car door couldn’t open far enough to pick it up off the ground. She did come out and get it for me… Mistakes happen, that is understandable but waiting for my order in my car took quite a long time. Finally the employee came out to hand me my order. She dropped it on the ground. She didn’t say sorry or anything. I checked my food and it was a mess in the bag. The burger was smashed and fries cold and they charged me for a double burger but gave me a single.

We love their reuben sandwich (my husband’s favorite) and fish sandwich (my favorite). I think we order those most of all. But, actually, we have ordered all types of food and have been disappointed by any of it. The only thing I have to say is that when we go into the restaurant to order for take it, it takes awhile. I don’t think it should take up to 20 minutes to place and receive a take out order. Maybe they are taking care of the drive-​thru take out orders first? Regardless, we love this place!

Finally, it’s been renovated… No more holes on chairs, new furnitures. Nice and clean. Keep it up.

Inappropriate TV show on with many kids present… asked them to please turn the channel… They ignored the request and left the inappropriate show on … Regarding the food, forgot the 2 chills we ordered, had to go wait another 10 minutes in line to get them, then, ordered 4 scoops of custard, given a number to go sit down, when delivered, one of those was wrong… They could definitely use some improvement.

Most Culvers are great. This one needs to have corporate come in and clean house. In fact, I’ll be emailing some folks over at the corporate office after this. First time I went through the drive through. The kid bringing the order out to the car decided to turn the stack of plated food sideways to pass through the window. Super smart. Everything was thoroughly mixed. Called the manager, who said he would mail vouchers to the house to cover the $ 35.00 worth of ruined food. Never happened. Called three weeks later. Manager had no clue what I was talking about. Second time just going in to get ice cream for the kids. Screwed up that simple order too. When I pointed out to the girl it was wrong. She got all pissed and threw her hands in the air like it was my fault. I just left. Never going back. All of them entitled, blame everyone else, shitheads.

Culvers, in general, has pretty good food. Greasy, but good. I don’t usually get the frozen custard, but it’s alright. I love the burgers. Even the fries are fresh and hot.
One night we came here for concrete mixers. They look so chunky and good on the commercial. Yeah not so much. I’ve had thicker milk shakes. They were not good.
