Designer Cuts

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I reserved a appointment in the afternoon and came 10 mins early and ended up having to wait while she did walk ins even though I had a reservation. The owner Leila is extremely rude and doesn’t care one bit on how your hair turns out.
I asked her to cut a couple inches off and a v-​cut, and ended up with uneven hair. It looked like I cut my own hair. I also got caramel highlights and let me tell you she was so rough and just threw on the color. It looked more like mustard than caramel. Again, I could of done better. Plus, she would make me wait while she would go and ruin someone else’s hair Last, I wanted beachy waves. She obviously doesn’t know what beachy waves is and gave me these stiff harsh looking curls. This is the worst experience I have ever had and you’re better off doing your own hair than her.

Laila is the best ! When I came in my hair orange not colored correctly was chopped up, super dry. I’ve been spending so much money on other places wasn’t satisfied. I love the work she dose ! Amazing !! She saved my hair !! You tell her what you want and she will do it !

This place has been our family’s go-​to place for a while now. Leila is very knowledgable and is very good at her craft. She always does a great job and we’ve never left the salon disappointed. I will be posting a before and after collage of my hair transformation for full proof. The staff at the salon are very attentive and they have great customer service as well. To top it all off, you definitely get a bang for your buck. Paid less than $ 100 for a haircut and to completely dye my whole head

Got a haircut from Nita today while waiting for my mom and sister to finish getting their cuts done. (I was a walk in btw and only waited for 5 min) She did a pretty good fade up on my cut and enjoyed pleasant conversation. Great jobs guys and keep it up!

Leila did an amazing job. She went beyond my expectation. I will be coming to her from now on. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much Leila. Got cut and highlights at affordable price.

I walked in on a Tuesday morning was greeted by Homa. She sat me right down. I told her what i was thinking of and she took great care of me. She even trimmed some face hair off for me. Was very happy with my service. I’ll go see Homa for my next hair cut.

What bad customer service. This lady accused my wife of writing a bad review on Unilocal a while back after returning to get her hair fixed after the first time we went she didn’t do her hair right. She had said to return to fix her hair free of charge and the day we returned with an appointment she immediately accused my wife of writing a bad review. I showed her on Unilocal that it wasn’t her. Let’s just say she tried charging us after saying she wouldn’t so we left. Never coming back here again.

Awful!!! I made an appointment with Homa at 10:30 am and got there at 10:25 am for a color, cut and eyebrow/​facial threading. A walk-​in was attended right at 10:30 am. Homa finally called me and 10:55 am. I asked why I wasn’t seen at my appointment time. She basically told me because a walk in was there before me and what was she supposed to do, turn him away? Uh, I think a person with an appointment should be a priority. Then she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t even know I had an appt. So unorganized. They lost $$$ today that’s for sure and even though Homa does a great job with the threading, I will not go back to this place. Why make an appointment if it’s a first come, first serve place? Makes no sense!!!

Leila is amazing, she is constantly taking new classes and trying different techniques. Her work is worth hundred yet her prices are reasonable! I have been going to her for seven years

DON’T@@@@ unless you sit and watch and see some happy customers… I didn’t see one good hair cut. Looks like they do threadin well though.

Never go here. Only reason I went here was for Groupon. I got there and the place was so messy. The lady that did my hair I think was the owner or something. She helped me find a color I wanted and literally plopped it on me so sloppy it was going everywhere. She even flung my hair into my eye and was lucky I didn’t get any color on my damn eyeball. My head itchy which was weird and she could care less. She didn’t speak to me at all. Told me 45 minutes until she had to rinse it, I sat there for over an hour and then she asked some girl to wash my hair out she looked at me and told someone else to do it instead? Ok? The other girl rinses my hair and that «owner lady» starts cutting my hair and blowdrys it. She gets done and I go to pay, I tell her I have a Groupon and she says I should have told her before she started in order to use it. I chose not to tell her before because I rather be treated like a client than a lady bringing in a coupon. I told her there were no guidelines listed I had to tell her. She tried to get more money out of me on top of the Groupon I purchased, which I regret ever getting for this place. Told her I wasn’t paying anything more. Especially since after the first 15 minutes I decided this was my first and LAST time coming here. She tried to tell me not to buy from Groupon… how about you take your «business» off of it. I ended up walking out. Don’t waste your time or money. Not worth it.

Threading is amazing. Cuts and color are great. prices are awesome, Highly recommend.

My friend just had a haircut and I admired it the whole time I was with her so I asked her who cut her hair. This is how I came across Laila. I made an appointment to see her and she was great. I told her that I had a cut 3 weeks ago where I asked for an A-​line cut but instead got a bob. I told Laila that I need to get it fixed so I can get more volume and texture. She did exactly that and rescued my blah hair. I’m glad that I went and got my haircut fixed and will definitely come back again!
