I have used Diablo View Florist on many special occasions and they have never let me down. Normally I just ask Carolyn to do something creative for me and I am always glad I did because she really knows what looks great. She’s an amazing talent and I would highly recommend them to you.

Carolyns arrangements are works of art. I don’t like to pick one from website, I like to call and tell her what I’m thinking, flowers etc. My work also orders all the employee birthday flowers from here and the arrangements are stunning. You will not be disappointed.

Diablo View Florist did the flowers for my daughter’s recent wedding. Carolyn was so patient and walked us through each step. The flowers were better than we could have even imagined-​just gorgeous. I would highly recommend Diablo View Florist and will definitely use them again.

This is our absolute go to for flowers, I’m blessed with a sweet guy who loves to spoil me with flowers often and the arrangements he gets from Carolyn are always beautiful, unique and well put together. Definitely recommend her, you won’t be disappointed!

Diablo View Florist is Great! We use them for all the employees birthdays and everything else. Such gorgeous arrangements, always! Even clients who come in are impressed when we have an arrangement here!

I was surprised (and very happy!) to come home to a super cute flower arrangement made by Diablo View Florist. The arrangement was nestled inside a cute mug that I will get to enjoy long after the flowers are gone. The flowers were well arranged and super fresh. I absolutely love this florist! I will not be going anywhere else when I need flowers. They did the flowers for my wedding and were absolutely breathtaking! For a small event I sponsored I had a bouquet made as part of my give away prize. I like to tuck a little Starbucks gift card in a bouquet for one lucky winner.
I left the arrangement idea up to them. I was so surprised by the bouquet. It was one of the most gorgeous bouquets I’ve ever seen. And I come from a family of florists.
It was very nice because they delivered it to my husbands office. Then he brought it home to me because I was unable to pick it up.
When I brought it to my event everyone ooo’d and ahhh’d over it. It was quite the hit. It was so full and gorgeous. I loved, loved, loved the feathers she put in it. The Roses were magnificent and full. The florists here are amazing artists.
I secretly wished I kept it. But I’m sure the gentleman who won it took it home to his wife who adored it too.

I used this florist and was HORRIFIED by the customer service — the flowers however were said to be beautiful. My complaint is that I actually ended up paying for two bouquets because I placed an on-​line order with them on Friday after 5pm and got no confirmation by email saying that it went through or by phone confirming. On Satuday, I talked to my friend who was to receive the flowers for her 98^th birthday and thay had not come as of about 1:30pm.
I called Diablo View twice to confirm they had received the order and no one called me back because they actually close at 1pm on Saturdays! What business closes at 1pm on Saturday??? Finally, I left a message letting them know I was cancelling because I was out of time to get someone else to do it and was going to stop the credit card charge. I then called Paula’s Family Florist who RACED to put together something lovely and get it over to my friend within a couple of hours. The end result was that Paula’s flowers and Diablo Views arrived within minutes of each other at about 3pm.
On Monday morning about 9am I get a call from «Mary» at Diablo Florists saying that they did their job and delivered the flowers. When I pointed out that I had to purchase flowers from another florist because they never confirmed she became indignant and stated that if I cancelled the credit card they would go back to this poor old 98 year old lady’s house TWO DAYS LATER and take the flowers back!!! She said that they can’t be providing service for free and never mind that they never confirmed the order — that’s what they were going to do. I asked her what the hell she was going to do with a 2 day old flower arrangement — - not like they can resell it !!! That wasn’t the point — the point was to bully me into not cancelling the charge.
Not once in the entire exchange did she apologize for the incident or express any concern that I had to spent over $ 135 on flowers from two florists to make sure my friend was not disappointed on her birthday. So between her threat to rip the flowers out of this poor old woman’s hands (and 98 is pretty old!!!) and her total lack of awareness that this was TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am posting this review. DON’T USE THIS BUSINESS — — if you need a florist in Antioch, use Paula’s Family Florist instead — they are just a couple of blocks away — they are open all day Saturday and actually answer their phones when you call.
Sorry Diablo View Florist but you had this coming and I hope you improve your customer service as a result.

The owner of this florist has exceptional talent. Her designs are superior to anything you will find in the entire Bay Area.

I stopped in to meet with the florist regarding my upcoming wedding, based on my Father’s high recommendation. Caroline was not in but I was assured that she would give me a call, was handed a card, left my name and number, waited and waited, never got a call back from Caroline or anyone from her team. Called again, Caroline was out picking up her son, sooo left another message, again no call back. As a result my Father was disappointed enough that he won’t be back either. Not impressed with their customer service or internal communication system.

I am thrilled with the service that I received from Diablo View Florist. My/​Our wedding was last weekend and I received so many compliments on the floral arrangements. Yes, I am thrilled that the flowers turned out so wonderful for our special day, but more than that, I was highly impressed by the service that I received from Caroline and her crew. She got a hold of my vision and turned it into a reality. She was very easy to work with, her services timely, and all of our meetings were fun. She got to know me as a person and took the time to listen. She alleviated all stress from the «floral part» of the planning. I highly recommend working with this business. Diablo View Florist «makes it happen» and does so in a professional, reasonably priced, caring, and pleasant way!

I grew up in Antioch and lived in Oakley/​Brentwood for years and remember getting and sending flowers from this place for proms, weddings ect… AND IT IS STILL GREAT!
We moved to Martinez. However, my son was invited to homecoming dance in Brentwood at the last minute. I had called 4 florists in Martinez and Oakley to see if they could do a rush job on a wrist corsage– ZIP. I called Diablo as it was on my way through and the woman was amazing and creative. My son wore Dark Purple and did not want red. so she suggested a white rose with Purple glitter on the tips and Black ribbons. It was stunning (really wish I would have taken a photo) and ready in an hour.
Friendly people, reasonable prices– Hope it stays forever:)
