I dropped in here while traveling through town and needed some laundry done and it was perfect. Really clean and the staff was super helpful, and all the machines were newer and working. If I lived in the area it would seem like a great place to come to regularly.

My review is an honest review.
Facility:
1. Almost brand-​new equipment — well maintained
2. Equipment works great — clothes are clean.
3. Prices are reasonable.
Staff:
1. Always willing to answer any questions about equipment or tips on washing.
2. As friendly as they come.
I have no idea why anyone would rate a business only 1 star, over one occurrence with a blanket… after ‘numerous times… do a decent job’ & prices are posted? Come on, buddy… grow up…

Used them numerous times for drop off laundry service. They are premium and pricey service but do a decent job. Went there on 8−12−13 to pick up laundry and they charged me an additional fee for a blanket. This was not a comforter but just a full sized fleece blanket. Over the years I’ve used many services and not once have I ever been charged for a blanket not only did they charge me an additional fee for the blanket, they also charged me the weight of the item. When I called them on charging me for both the weight of the item and for the items they did offer me a refund for the weight of the item. I told him to keep it as a tip. Apparently they need it more than I do. I’m really not so irritated that I had to pay extra but they did not call me and tell me they were going to charge me extra. They did have my phone number.
