Wholy Cow! I had to call Dr. Memon’s office, again going through an answering service which didn’t call me back for over 5 hours! Blood Glucose levels went down to 64! Grab some juice and it went up to 179, thank goodness. I was calling the office to see what should be done about giving myself the insulin that night. If I was giving myself 18 units and it dropped to 64 shouldn’t I go down to about 10 units? The office called back and told me to go up to 30 units that night…30 units, I would be dead! Why would I take more insulin and not less? I kept telling the caller there was no way I should take more and she insisted that the doctor said 30units. I started yelling and gave my wife the phone and she told my wife the same thing then my wife said we needed to talk with the doctor. The Nurse Practitioner got on the phone and totally changed the story and said to take 10units and call on Monday to make an appointment to follow-​up. Dr. Memon called on Saturday because I’m sure she heard how I was upset and yelling and she told me that I must have misunderstood about the 30units. I misunderstood and so did my wife, I think not. Her staff told us 30units and if I wasn’t on top of my own care and my body I would have taken it and something very bad would have happened. Don’t call me and my wife a liar just to cover your staff’s incompetence.

Dr Memon is wonderful! She is very sweet and so understanding. She has a beautiful spirit. She is very confident and professional. She can relate to people very well. She ROCKS! After my Doctor left she was kind enough to take on me and my family. All of my family love her

I LOVE this woman! Dr Memon is very compassionate and understanding. Being Asian/​Pacific Islander, she has the patience and competence to comprehend my cultural difficulties and balancing health. I have been visiting with her for 5 years, have moved from Tracy to Pittsburg to Vallejo and Daly City — no matter what, I still go to her. Yes, it’s one hell of a drive, but the relationship I have built with her cannot be replaced — it’s one that I truly value. GO TO HER!

Dr Memon, what can I say, I wish I had found her months ago, Dr Memon and her staff are very efficient, they make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions, and takes the time to listen. My wife and I are very happy we found her!

I really enjoyed seeing Dr. Memon and her assistant was always very friendly and talkative and made me feel comfortable during each of my visits.

After a bad experience with a previous Dr. I found Dr. Memon. She has been prompt, thorough, and always followed up. I would have no problem recommending her to a friend.
