I came here because La Quinta didn’t have access to their scanner… I’ve used FedEx/Kinkos/all other«i need to print/scan something back to myself» stores A LOT. This store was a first… Let’s play this out… I get there about an hour before they close, apparently, asking where/which of their many machines with this capability to use was a large inconvenience. I get pointed to the back corner which seems odd since there are literally 10(yes, 10) machines in front that perform the function I need. I sit down at the computer, $ 0.45 per minute for their magical internet experience. Well, that’s really dumb, but I need to scan this back. Fine. What the hell is this antiquated piece of crap? Seriously? A single sheet scanner? …it turns out, that 22 pages combined with a connection slower than my phone results in a $ 7 ‘ish’ total AND some really(no, not really) witty banter from the employees when I ask for a receipt. On the plus side, it seems that this store is in a poor location next to a former Applebee’s and a thrift store. So, I hope they fail. Over a $ 7 fee. Because I’m that petty. …or sleep deprived when it happened.

Avoid this location if you can!!! I had to mail a fedex envelope, I was assisted by Ramona who refused to look up my account yet continued to chit chat with another customer about personal business… so unprofessional!

Over the years I have used this location often. There are computers for your use as well as print services and shipping. Kinko’s offers a lot more than just copies, they can make a booklet with a binding or a calender using your personal pictures and even signs & banners. If you have questions or need help the employees here are more than happy to assist you.

Not bad, its a fedex kinkos, minus the location being hickory hollow mall. Pretty consistent with what you’d expect from FedEx Kinko’s.
