Fox’s Pizza Den

Wow. I don’t know how this place can possibly have such good reviews. I’ve never had such terrible service. They called and hung up on us when we couldn’t understand them — they were not soaking clearly. We ordered a calzone, with no cheese and despite clarifying TWICE our calzone still had cheese. When I called to ask for a new calzone, they got mad and brought a new one but demanded the old one back. We had at least SIX phone calls to get two calzones over 90 minutes. This was awful. Pizza was good but, honestly? Id rather eat Dominos for less pain and struggle.

I order from fox pizza in Antioch on a regular basis! On my LAST order they delivered the wrong pizza, when I called back to tell them they advised that there is nothing they can do!!! Really when u have already charged my card and I have to pay for their mistake! I hope it was worth losing a loyal customer! That really sucked! The managers name is Alex!!! Alex sucks for cheating a loyal customer! Take a class in customer service better yet train your entire staff because everyone is rude when they made the mistake but not when taking my money!

I have always ordered from this location and supported this business! I love there chicken Alfredo pizza and was excited for my order this evening which was a medium chicken Alfredo pizza with no oregano and an all meat pizza medium.
I was so excited when on this snow day they were open and even had people delivering! I got my pizza and everything seemed to be okay, I started passing out the chicken Alfredo pizza and came down to the last slice and noticed a long piece of hair sticking out from the dough!
By this time everyone was already eating the pizza and I couldn’t tell them STOP LETS SPIT IT OUT! I called this location to inform them, not ASKING FOR A DIME BACK but to see what could be done! The lady who answered the phone, I don’t want to mention her name because in many ways she didn’t handle the call correctly and I prefer to speak with the owner!
She tells me well what is the solution that you are looking for??? Wait a minute are you seriously asking me what you think should be offered??? Well how about a full refund! Then maybe the women this hair belongs to shaves her head, and then pay for a test to make sure the pizza didn’t have head lice! Maybe pay for 6 people to go to the hospital to get tested just in case they ingested some hair dye! I mean that is pretty ridiculous (and I’m joking) but since you asked maybe that’s what my request would be!!!
Only to tell me «NOT THAT IM NOT BELIEVING YOU» but we need to SEE the pizza and hair! Sure not a problem send someone to my HOUSE I would be more then whiling to hand back the one slice, plus the hair, and maybe the bag from everyone who can barf up the slice they ate as well! I think that would be a great way to show you!
After all the going back and forth and realizing I am not getting anywhere with this women she then says the smartest thing of the evening maybe I should have the manager call you! WAIT YOUR TELLING ME THERE IS SOMEONE ELSE WHO HAS A BRAIN THAT CAN COME UP WITH A SOLUTION? Yes please sign me up for this call!!!
I don’t give a rats @$$ about my money back never even asked or insinuated that! But her customer service or lack of concern for health code issue will cause this business to now be out in the open! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO INFORM EVERYONE ABOUT THE HAIRY SITUATION YOU FOLKS SERVE!!!

Wow, fantastic… great crust.
Now for a few details, I am in town and staying at the Hampton Inn. The pizza was delivered exactly 20 minutes after I called in the order.
If you are looking for a great pizza, this is the place.

Pretty good Stromboli. Totally stuffed with toppings which is good. Sauce is mild, bread could have been a little thicker to balance all the toppings I ordered a large and it’s about the size of a full large pizza. I ordered at 5 o’clock rush hour and delivery got here in 20 minutes. Not bad. I will definitely try some of their other specialities out soon.

Use to be loyal customer. The last few times they sent us the wrong order. We called to get a delivery the right way and they told me to hold the wings to get them returned or else they wouldn’t charge double. They also said they would have «cancel other customer orders» to get us our refunded order. The guy called me an a$$ hole.

We ordered pizza here, they charged us, and then called us back to tell us that we were out of their delivery range! They told us to call the other location, but that it was unaffiliated with them so they couldn’t transfer the order. We ended up having to have the charge cancelled, and they were quite unhelpful throughout the whole situation. Maybe check the delivery range before charging my card next time?

Pizza was fine, but delivery was super slow and way past the second estimation they gave. We requested plates and napkins but they didn’t bring any.

Ordered calzones for dinner and they were excellent. The small is SO big, anything bigger is shareable. My husband was satisfied with a small. He had the meat lover’s calzone and thought it was great. I made my own and the only reason I am giving Fox’s a 4 instead of 5 star rating is that I think the mushrooms in my calzone were from a can. That might not be true, but they were too slimy for my liking. Otherwise, great! Will order from them again!

We ordered a huge pizza and Hoagie lunch yesterday for a work meeting and it was absolutely awesome! Thanks For the delivery with a smile and a fantastic lunch for our team.

We ordered 2 pizzas after Fox put a flyer on our apartment door. My kids got a large ½ green olive and mushroom and half sausage and bacon. My wife and myself got the chicken rancher, and since I hate tomatoes, they replaced them on one half with jalapenos. The pizzas got here FAST and were hot and fresh and absolutely DELICIOUS. I can’t say enough good things about our first (but certainly not last) experience with Fox’s Pizza Den.

Have been a fox den fan for a while, until my recent delivery. Both of us got food poisoning after eating delivery. No corporate number to complain either! I’ll stick to jets from now on…
