Last week our water heater was spewing water and I called up General Drainworks to come out and they came out in the evening after I got off work because that was the only time we could be home. They came right when they said they would and took care of us. They were quick and took care of us right away. They were professional and it turned out to be something small. I was panicking all day that it was going to be a huge expensive job and they were honest and took care of the problem and didn’t try to make it more expensive. I was happy with the work. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he was very helpful as well. I will be sure to refer these guys to anyone who needs plumbing help!

In the early morning, I spoke with Merissa on telephone regarding my water heater, not working. She was very polite and helpful. In less than 2 hours the technician, Hugo arrived. He looked at the non-​functioning water heater, diagnosed it, fixed it-​all in less than 2 hours! Awesome. Thank you so much!

I used General for a home inspection. They were timely at showing up *at first* for the interior/​crawl space inspection. They did take time to show me what they found. They did not bother to test for leaks in the crawl space. (C&J Home Inspections did, took pictures, and shared those with me.) General Plumbing was also hired for a sewer line inspection. It turns out that’s a «different crew» who was late showing to the appt. I was told they would be an hour or so and they were still much later than that by several hours and came after the first set of guys left with full payment. Given the lack of detail and unprofessionalism with showing up as scheduled, I cannot recommend General Plumbing.
