Johan was awesome. I have a property in another state and I knew I was going to have to pay this year. I started to do my own taxes online and it didn’t seem right. I was really stressed about the whole situation and she worked extra hard in any way to get that number down. She called me the next morning and I fully expected to have to fork over thousands of dollars (clearly this is my first year not receiving a refund) and she somehow managed to cut that number in half. I know it’s not cheap to pay for h&r block, but they saved us thousands of dollars. I can’t say how happy I am with her service. Thank you.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Horrible tax experience! ! I have bn getting my taxes done with h&r block for the last 3 years, last night I had an appointment with ESTHER, she was rude, non informative, had no patience, proceeded to get upset when I had questions about my taxes, she tells me I don’t understand anything, and huff and puff the whole appointment. This is the last time I will get my taxes done here

Orla, was our tax advisor and she was friendly and helpful, she asked question to make sure we could get the best return possible!!! She even went back to look at my prior taxes & offered to do a second look filing for free to get me money back for my first time home buyer that thee origanal person missed!!! We will be coming back to Orla because of her friendliness and helpfulness!!!
