The reception area employees and the medical assistants aren’t the best. They are cold, rude, and disorganized. But Dr. Soifer is the best, and I strongely recommend her.

Horrible staff/​receptionists. They lose faxes or just plain out forget to fax (important, stat documents) out in any kind of timely manner. They’re rude and lazy. The doctors aren’t half bad here, however working with the ladies behind the desk isn’t worth the headache.
