Perk’s Sports Academy

We have been taking my 8 year old son Jayden to Perks two days a week since August. When we first started, Jayden was a little shy and nervous to work with other coaches. He has been on the same team in Brentwood Pony with the same coaches he loves for the past 3 years. Jayden quickly formed a great relationship with Coach Marty at Perks and looks forward to the two nights a week we go. He started Pinto in the fall and it’s his first year pitching. Since working with Marty, Jayden has and continues to grow leaps and bounds and learns so much about mechanics, teamwork, dedication, and hard work. Not only has his pitching improved, his batting has gotten really good too! Perks focus is on the kids and getting them to be the best athletes they can be. I am forever grateful to Marty for his dedication to my son and for taking the time to devote to making him a better player. He is there each week with a smile and a hand shake for my son and he will never know how much that means to Jayden. Jayden’s confidence in pitching has skyrocketed! We are so blessed to have amazing coaches on our Pony team, and we feel so lucky to now have Marty and the other coaches at Perks coaching and helping our son grow in the sport he loves. Although Jayden has mostly worked with Marty, he’s also worked with a few of the other coaches and all have taught him something of value. Each one brings something unique to the table, and I highly recommend you give them a try!

Perks Sports Academy is great. They are truly interested in the good of the kids! We are new to Perks but are very impressed with the coaching our son has received. They have coached our little league team, giving them the confidence they were lacking, and I’m happy to say they are now winning some games!!! Our boys are young and Perks has given them the starting skills to be better players. THANK YOU!!!

My kids enjoy Perk’s Sports Academy. We were referred there by some friends in Concord for a FREE one day trial. At the end of the day, we signed up as members. For the price, this place is a bargain. We have trained all over the East Bay and PSA is the BEST facility for affordable Baseball/​Softball instruction. The staff and instructors really care about the athletes and their families. I can honestly say that my children have received such awesome instruction and mentoring at the academy that we could not consider going elsewhere. There are travel ball teams to sign up for also. We are hooked and highly recommend Perk’s Sports Academy to all of the athletes and families in the Bay Area.
