Great service @ a reasonable price. We called them about our heater that stopped working. Chad came out the next day and fixed the problem. He was polite, professional and explained the problem. He had to track down a part for our very old unit. Now we have heat again. Thank-​you for the prompt and excellent service. (Side note — Chad served in our military. Gotta love that and support his business.)

I am a business owner in Antioch, and have had a room in my office building that was not being heated or cooled by our current air conditioner and heater.
I hired Plummer’s Heating, Sheet Metal and Air to take care of the problem. They ended up installing a single room heat and AC pump. I was very happy with the price, the quality of the job they did, and how quickly they got the work done. Bottom line: they did a great job.
I would recommend their services to anyone.

Great fast service. I called this morning and they came out his afternoon. They put footies on to keep the carpets clean. Diagnosed the problem and kept me apprised of the status and price as they went along. Determined that it needed a new thermostat and installed it in a jiffy. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

The Plummer’s saved me today! I called and spoke to Bob, and was very happy to hear he could send someone right over, as It’s expected to reach 108 degrees today, and my a/​c has been down since yesterday. They were here within 30 minutes from calling (I think less) and were able to get my A/​C running again! Chad was very polite, knowledgable, and even checked the A/​C unit on the way out! I will definitely recommend them to others, so thanks again Plummer’s Heating & A/​C, for saving the day!!!

After 26 years finally had to replace our heater/​AC. Called another local business and they could not come for two days & gave a 2 hr. window for an appointment. Called Bob at Plummers and he said he could come within the next 45 minutes. Met with Bob and his son Chad and was given 3 choices for Carrier systems. Had done my research on their business and found their prices to be very fair. Was happy to hear that they would be doing all the work themselves as I found both of them to be very pleasant and professional. Decided to cancel the other estimate and scheduled the installation for 2 days later. They arrived on time and completed the installation the same day. I am a bit picky about my wood floors and they were very careful to cover them and did a great job cleaning up. Bob and Chad are great guys and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a new system or repairs.

I highly recommend Plummer’s heating & air conditioning. The guys were great, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were at my house within 5 hours of my call. He repaired my air conditioner in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely use Plummer’s in the future.

NO Stars Had Them out at the house last week to fix my air conditioner. Not only did they not fix the problem they set my thermostat in Milaterry so we called back the charge 50.00. to switch it. my son called them yesterday to ask them took look at there they said 8:00 am they would here its now 11:19 still none

Complete and utter jerkoffs. They rip you off at every turn, take every shortcut they can, then try to bill you for fixing initial mistakes. They give you low estimates and always get as close as they can to the over-​budget limit. Better off calling haddon.
