Teana is super helpful and kind. I have been there quite a few times and she never fails to provide excellent customer service.

Tina was very friendly and accommodating while helping me get setup and moved into my storage. This is my first time using a public storage and with her help it made my move super easy!!!

This is my first time using public storage or any storage at all outside of my home.
Tina (property supervisor) was prompt, accommodating and professional.
I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

The staff here were very friendly and do a great job when first renting a unit. When I rented, there was a new employee there to help me, but rather than have her learn her job at my expense, a more experienced employee also shadowed us throughout the visit and made sure that all went well.
They had good prices on moving supplies and even helped me out to the truck with all the boxes that I purchased.
The unit I rented was relatively clean and in good shape. I paid the additional money for the drive up unit, so price seems high but it is worth it. I’d give them 5 stars if prices were lower. Otherwise this is a good place to rent.

Tina gives great customer service. Every time we need storage space we come back to this location.

Wonderful, safe place. The staff is excellent and I always feel very welcome when I visit. They are always helpful and always try to help me — whether it’s directions to the nearest office supply store to can I borrow the cart. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and am just glad that I found it. Thanks for the excellent service.

Seriously, this is such a welcoming, friendly place! I actually had a great time in the rental process with the manager! We laughed and joked, and tho this was a very difficult time for me, she really made me feel alright about my situation. The place is clean, secure, the storage space very nice. As soon as I got of the phone with the toll free number, I received a phone call from the actual facility, making an appointment. I Llloooovvvveeee the manager omg she’s so great!

I was in need of a storage unit quick. I was moving and realized I couldn’t take everything with me. I went in and got my storage unit very quickly. Tina was very helpful and informative. She walked us to our unit, showed us how to use the gate codes, the door codes and how to open and close the door. KUDOS! The AC works and on a hot day of moving, feels amazing. Anytime I have a question, Tina is always there to help me out. The facility is clean, have never had problems with the gate or the staff. I will definately recommend/​come back.

i had an unfortunate experience here and will never return. i rented a upstairs unit, the staff when moving in explaned the elevator was wierd but safe,
the door jams almost every time i used the elevator and when moving out i was stuck inside the elevator for 2 hours… the staff was asked many times to get it fixed and i even took it to the corperate level with nothing done, with the price 278 bucks a month i spent there i expected a lot more. maby safty. needless to say i do not reccomend this place to anyone.
