My family has been going here for quite some time, and every single time, Irma (front desk) is just sitting there in her chair, bothered every time I ask her something that requires her to get out of her seat (checking to see if contacts are here. Etc.)She is the most laziest. Disrespectful worker there… My dad has just about had it with her. If it weren’t for Gina, we wouldn’t be going there. Gina is the only proactive worker there. That place would be such a mess if it weren’t for Gina … Thank you Gina

Im on time to my appointments… Puccinelli is always late. Not good for business. Also, I was told be her that i cannot wear contact, I found an other opt who got me contacts. Ill never return to this place.

This was my first time using this place and if it were not for Gina, I am not sure if I would use them again. Her relentless pursuit in getting me the frame type I wanted was commendable.
As for the other sales/​front office staff, I didn’t get the same «vibe» in fact, it was almost the opposite. They almost seemed bothered and/​or rushed. The other front office staff didn’t do it for me at all. Thanks for being there Gina!

My family and I have been going here for a few years. They recently moved to a nicer, new building behind the Safeway shopping center on Deer Valley road.
Staff is nice and very knowledgeable. Decent selection of frames and the staff really tries hard to help you find want you are looking for.
