On August 4, 2014 Rick signed a contract to pour concrete for us in September. Never showed up; doesn’t answer phone. Hasn’t returned our deposit of $ 3,500.

Smooth talker. Quality of work was good but he never finished. I paid him in full… he said he needed the money for personal issues and to pay for my concrete. Disappears from the project and 2 months later I get a notice of a lien on my property. He never paid the concrete material provider. Find another concrete provider! I found him through a great contractor who raised my house, Chase Excavating. Bill Chase was helpful, but in the end there is not much that can be done. Rick didn’t pay for the material and now they want their money!
