Vanessa, Mike, Kathy and team are fantastic. We use them for our clients that have water damages and Vanessa guides them through with easy. The guys are amazingly fast and very responsive! Vanessa and mike are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The workers were neat and kept things clean as they took our Sheetrock and molding out after a flood. I would give them 10 stars for the customer service alone.

This company was recommended to me by my insurance company after I detected a leak in my kitchen. Despite having to deal with things being torn up in the busiest room of the house, this company is wonderful. They don’t fool around they are here to get the job done. Chuck was amazing at removing the mess and he was super tidy while doing so. He is also very friendly and made me feel better about the entire process. I’m hoping this is the first and last time I have to deal with this problem but if I ever needed cleanup again I would call Servpro of Antioch. Great job!

If there were more stars to rate the company I would. They are all stars themselves. From the tremendously fast service to the professionals that communicate what to expect and when to expect things to be done. They packed up every little thing I had in three rooms and stored everything in their warehouses. It has been over four months since the first discovery of water damage and whatever my needs are, they fulfill them. There are not enough words to say to express my appreciation. They are certainly ServPROFESSIONALS!!! I have and will continue to refer them to family, friends and clients for all their «OH NO» issues!!!

I truly hope that you never need this type of service but if you do, josh and Mike will take care of you like your family. They understand that your life is in disarray so they work very fast to put everything back they way it was, like it never even happened. I would recommend them to everyone.
