Best price in town! Also not to forget to mention that I have taken my previous cars to other local window tinting and have not been happy with the jobs. I will not take my future cars anywhere else than to Suntone. He recently tinted my 2016 Acura ILX, did a great job!!! My brother and I are getting a gift certificate for my dad’s birthday to have his Prius C done by Rob. The house is a little off the beaten path, but do not let that sway you away. I have obviously traded most of these cars but it gives you an idea of the type of cars that he has worked on. Every single car was FLAWLESS!!!
I called him to get my new Audi A6 tinted and to my surprise, Rod said it was «above his pay grade.» I asked him what he meant and he said that the rear window does not leave any wiggle room because the glass and the upholstery are in contact with each other and that when he cuts the tint, he does not want to inadvertently cut the upholstery as well.
I called another local business and they said they would tint my Audi A6 without disclosing any of what Rod has disclosed to me. Not only does he do excellent work, his integrity is also up there!
For now, I will hold off in tinting my Audi A6. However, if you need to have your car tinted, I would definitely give Rod from Suntone Auto Tinting my HIGHEST recommendation!

6÷5÷15 — I’ve checked out a few more places that does window tinting. I settled for Tint Inc. located on Verne Roberts Cr in Antioch.

I would give 100 stars if I could. Rod is a man of very few words but his work sure does speak for him. I had 5 windows tinted for $ 180.00 and a life time warranty, I called 5 other places and they quoted me over 280.00. Ron works out of his house, I was hesitant due to the location but after ready his reviews I knew I was in good hands. I dropped my car off Friday night and picked it up Saturday afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend Ron, I will be taking more vehicles here soon!

Make sure you guys make an appointment before heading there. Rod is always busy but I was able to squeeze in because someone cancelled that day. Ron doesn’t talk much but he does a very good job at tinting.

I took my car to Suntone Auto Glass Tinting in April 2015 and I could not be happier with the results. The owner (Rod) is not very talkative, but his work speaks for it’s self. If you go there knowing exactly what you want and give Rod time to work you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this place.

This place is seriously amazing! My friend brought her car here & he did amazing so when I got my new car I had to bring it here. Such amazing prices! $ 180 for all 5 windows in a Chevy Imapala. Everyone else quoted me at LEAST $ 200. Best place in Contra Costa County for sure!

Second car I’ve brought here. He really does the BEST tint job and has prices that can’t be beat. Best part is I didn’t have to wait weeks to get an appointment in either. It may seem a bit odd to bring it to a home business but he has a gate to keep it secure in the back while he works on it. Tints come with warranty as well! :)

Rod has been tinting cars for 20 years and I would say he is the best in contra costa county! The price is definitely «a bang for your buck!» You can not find any better deal than what he gives you.
You have to call & setup an appointment, he prefers that you leave your car so he can take his time & do a great job on your windows. He took around 3 hrs to do mine. He doesn’t really have a waiting area (you could wait in his back yard & sit on a lounge chair, no bathroom though) but he can drive you up in a nearby café where you can hangout (I just left mine & came back).
He did my 4 dr civic, rear windshield & the two back windows for $ 135. I would definitely come back here if I have another car that needs tinting!!! =)

I’ve gone to this one shop in Concord to get my windows tinted for 2 of my vehicles in the past.
I like working small local businesses and often do repeat business, but after multiple calls without a
response, I decided to look elsewhere. I did a quick Unilocal search and found out about this place. It had
good recent reviews and pictures posted by customers. I decided to give it try, and he had the best price
in town. Made an appt, dropped my car off and he called me when it was done. The goal was to make our
business logo «pop» and it does now. Definitely happy with the work and will recommend this place to
anyone looking to get their windows tinted.

Rod did a wonderful job on my car. He tinted 5 windows on our Volvo wagon and it looks impeccable. He was on time and under budget. I asked him a few questions and he was able to articulate his process very well (showed me he knew what he was doing.) He did all the prep work and the installation. I would definitely go back to him with my tinting needs and highly recommend him. If bubbling occurs prematurely, I will be sure to come back and update this review, but as of now, the tint is immaculately done. Thanks!

My second time coming here. This guy does a great job. He takes his time and does it right. Prices are way better than other places I called. Plus he is very flexible with your schedule. He understands the importance of time.

Rod did a very good job in tinting my car. He has extensive experience and can tint any type of vehicle. Please don’t be offended by his mannerism, that is just his personality. The individual knows what he is doing, he is a serious businessman and is able to get the job done. It appears the business is also his residence. I called him over the phone, was able to get a quote, make an appointment, drop the vehicle and pick it up when ready. His prices are reasonable and again, did a good job.
