Moved into a townhouse where the furnace had been unattended to for years. Irv came out, cleaned it from top to bottom and filled us in on the overall condition of the unit. Needless to say, it was functioning but may not have much life left. Furnace worked fine for about a year until it completely shut off and gave an error code. ON A HOLIDAY, Irv came out with no hesitation and replaced a blower motor that had been damaged after a call to the local fire department. Irv one again did spotless work. He also reminded us what our options were for fixing(and cost) or replacing. Last month it again failed, gave an error light and it was Irv to the rescue again. A quick fix of a switch and it working just fine. This morning it cut off in the middle of the night. Around 9 am I called Irv and he offered to stop doing paperwork and come over immediately. I was unavailable at the moment but he worked around my schedule. Irv came out, quickly found the problem and fixed it. The humidifier was leaking causing a short. Irv was in and out quickly and it’s working great. Irv has been wonderful with absolutely everything. If I could tell everyone about him, I would. Thank you Irv! I will always call Irv for any heating, cooling or ventilation issue!

We needed to have our furnace replaced as it was starting to fail. Irv from TTC sat down with us to show us what they offer. We needed to reschedule the install date a couple times and they were very patient with us. They were also great explaining how to use the programmable thermostat. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I scheduled an appointment nearly two weeks out(the soonest availability) for 7 – 7:30 am to have my furnace cleaned at a property other than my home. I took off work the morning of the appointment and waited for the technician. No one showed up. I called at around nine and was told, «Oh yeah, that guy called off sick today. Sorry bud.» I did not receive a phone call, nor did Teutonic make any special arrangements to come visit my property that day. No «I’ll be there this afternoon,» or, «I sincerely apologize, I’ll be there first thing tomorrow.» Just an empty«sorry.» I’m sure they’re good HVAC technicians, but that doesn’t matter if they don’t show up or have decent customer service.
