I can’t say enough good things about Victor, owner of The Floor Broker. He is not only good at what he does but is a very honest and hardworking guy. He did an excellent job on our hardwood flooring (we couldn’t be happier). He worked with me and the product I wanted (formadehyde free engineered hardwood). I have already referred him to a friend who used him to install new floors and she was thrilled with him as well. You can’t beat his prices and most importantly you can trust him to do the work when he promises, to do it right, and love your new floors!

BEST KEPT SECRET IN FLOORING (thanks Floorbroker and Craigslist!) I wanted new carpet and hardwood/​laminate for my home so I went and pursued a few quotes from other businesses (Empire, Costco, the Floor Store, etc) and they were a higher than what I expected), so I found an ad on Craigslist for a Licensed Contractor who promised the best rates. Victor, the Floor Broker, bid on my projects at less than HALF of what the other 3 offered — so good that this Contract Negotiator didn’t even ask to lower the bid!!! So I might have been a little skeptical I must admit, too good to be true, right? No — the team shattered all expectations. The Floor Broker was professional on every level, made multiple trips out to my home to double-​check the measurments, picking up checks, dropping off samples and product. We became so comfortable with him we even just left him a key to our house rather than stay home while the contractors worked. Victor supervised his team and did the project at an amazing cost, beautiful product and completed the job in half the time projected (yes half the time) — we could not be more pleased with the end result. Best contractor I have ever hired and will probably hire the team back to do my bathrooms. Thank you Floor Broker!
