Wendy’s

One of the best fast food experiences I have had. The customer service was decent (I honestly do not expect INCREDIBLE service when I get fast food because it’s just not realistic.) But the woman working the drive-​thru was pretty nice.
As for the timing, I got my food in under 2 minutes, and it was piping hot, fresh tasting, and delicious. I had the small Baconator meal and it was VERY filling. I would recommend coming here. It was a good experience over-​all.

Watch yourself. Came here after a long day of work to get a late night bite. It was between Taco Bell and Wendy’s. I decided to get a regular cheeseburger. Ordered my food and once I was at the window, they immediately gave me my order. One bite, and not even a mile. I instantly felt the effects of an upset stomach. I assume that all of you know how my night was. Anyways, never again am I going to that place in a long time. Peace.

Found a hair in my bbq chicken salad!!! first ordered food then we asked for extra sweet and sour and ranch and was asked «for what» hella rude. We ordered two 4 piece nuggets & two spicy chicken wrap, what do you mean for what? Never had horrible service as bad as this place. They ALWAYS mess up our orders. Just today they forgot the chicken nuggets went back, fiancé asked for the receipt that we never got. And seen we paid for it. On top of going home to Find a LONG ASS HAIR in my bbq chicken salad «half size. Never will we return. We love Wendy’s, looks like we’ll go to Wendy’s in Brentwood from now on.

Really this restaurant deserves 0 stars i have had several bad experiences at least 20 of them at this location food is always wrong or well below the danger zone restaurant is aways a mess management and employees are extremely rude and when they screw up ur order the either won’t fix it or will be a total jerk about having to fix their own mistakes everyone I know feels the same way we dive all the way to brentwood in order to ensure we won’t get cold food and aditudes. The last time I was there at a st wendys will be my last time ever I’d rather drive across town then pay for food ur goin to serve cold and not to mention wrong and have the wendys team treat u like crap for their screw ups nd guess what if u piss of the Manger Norma u won’t get ur food replaced just like I didn’t get 21 dollars worth of a cold ass incorrect order replaced. get this I even contacted wendys courp. and since the person that took my complaint did do their job properly I never got my food replaced … this franchise is a joke and with people like Norma in management positions this restaurant will aways be below expectations..

Every time I go here either my order is wrong or it’s messy, cold or I end up with. a stomach ache.

We haven’t had Wendy’s in years! Went in and stared at the menu for days! The cashier was really nice and patient. She even helped us by giving suggestions cause I couldn’t make up my mind. I wish I saw her name tag.
I ordered the 4 pc chicken nuggets for our son, I had the baked cheese and beacon potato. I forgot what my boyfriend ordered other than the chili cheese fries, he had a meal with it too.
The chicken nuggets was good, tasted like chicken compared to McDonald’s whatever mashed up meat mcnuggets. The cheese & beacon potato was delicious! Hot and fresh, just enough cheese and beacon on top. And I do remember my boyfriend saying the chili cheese fries was really good too!
Inside was nice and clean. There was bar stool and tall tables, booths, a lot of places to sit. I guess there used to be a flat screen tv but someone broke in and stole it? That’s a damn shame. Outside looks nice as well for its location. The drive through was packed.

I normally don’t review fast food places but I felt the need to point it out. I went here yesterday night with a friend and I couldn’t help but notice how rude the cashier was. I greeted him and he said nothing in return, and just asked for my order, no smile or nothing.
My order was finished and he kinda slammed it on the counter with a frown on face.
I work in hospitality, so seeing this irks me.
If you work with customers at all, you need to treat them right and at LEAST smile and greet them.
The milkshake was good though

Wendy’s why have you failed me?
I used to love your bacon burger and baked cheese potatoes.

There’s a lot of interesting people that come into this place. Just wouldn’t recommend coming here at night. You may get robbed. Seriously!!!
The service kinda stinks. Really bad. Just don’t argue with customers when it’s your mistake.

We have eaten here many times, I’m finally doing a review. First of all, this place is in a bad location, homeless people congregate here and are in and out of the place. They really need to enforce their no loitering policy. Second, the service is always bad, yesterday, a man had ordered a lot of food and they never told him his food was ready, he was very upset and complained about it, yet the manager said nothing. My wife ordered and had to repeat her order several times because the staff didn’t understand English good enough. Unless I absolutely have to, I will not be eating at this Wendy’s again.

I went to this wendys on sunday and i got to say i have never seen such a rude manager before. Margarita was rude and didnt want to fix my problem. And before me she was having an argument with another customer. This isnt the first time that i have problems with her. I am NEVER going back there again.

Margarite was very rude and kept trying to rush my bf and I while we were ordering. Got the wrong order and «manager» when called, refused to make things right.

This was worst service ever, they didn’t give me back my change, the food was cold. I was so mad I kept driving cause I had my baby in the car, and I probably would have done something stupid. On top of that it was service from the manager. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star.

My go-​to for fast food. Their actually tastes like food — fresh, and somehow — alive. Love the fries. Friendly, human staff — by this, I mean, they don’t sound like robots (often found in other fast food places, such as McDonalds, etc). Yep, they are better than McD, and BK, and I/​O.

Drove through here on Friday for lunch, only took a few minutes to get my food.
I was pleasantly surprised; It was actually a very good burger, better than McDonalds, Burger King or In and Out.
The fries were ok, nothing special but not bad.
I think next time I crave a burger and can’t get out to Hazels I will go here

I remember when they broke ground for this restaurant.
The original décor was more like walking into your great-​grandmothers living room. It was very antique looking, I miss that décor. They just re-​opened this week Dec 16, 2014 after a total renovation.
Went-​thru the drive-​thru and was welcomed by the same folks, was happy to see them all back!
